I ordered my first $30 gift card about 2 weeks ago, I haven't received it yet. What's wrong?

It is obvious the tippp facing a financial difficulties these days,but it still a promisingand legitimate GPT site.
The new 30$ first payment policy might be annoying for the first time user but otherwise it is okay for people who have been around for a while,but now you get your payment way much faster.
I believe that they will be back soon maybe with the upcoming quarter.

It lacks reliability. I earned my first 10$ and when I tried to redeem them I couldn't. They said that I should redeem 5$ first in order to be able to redeem 10$ or higher. Now after redeeming and recieving my first 5$ I tried to redeem a new 10$ reward but they didn't allow me because they said I should redeem 30$ first. Loool this is so silly . It seems that they are manipulating their users. One of the worst policies ever. This app is in its way down because of such bad and unreliable policy. I don't recommend it at all.

I completed many offer but they didn't add the points to my balance. I completed an offer with 6307 points and another offer with 1200 points. I contacted the support center but they didn't respond. Here is my user ID

Yoyoyo it’s brilliant but can you check my support ticket ? I’ve claimed my first reward but it’s saying I can’t claim another until my first one has approved but I’ve already received it

I was reading tippp.io reviews and read one of the reviews about not receiving the points of an offer after completing it.
Update: thank you for your quick response and for being reliable and adding the points to my balance.

Tippp deleted my account when I asked customer service to update my account based on the games I played and reached what I needed for the reward

This site has potential, but it's lacking in some core details that would make it more user friendly. For example, I earned and withdrew over $100 in October 2022. On November 17th I received only $5 of that $100. Tippp.io does not have a section on their site where I can see past payouts. I have no idea when or if I will receive my earnings and I'm sure a lot of other users have this issue too. Fix it and I'll update my rating.

I joined the app and earned about 14$. I redeemed the first 5$ 14 days ago but I have not recieve it. I can't redeem another reward unless the first one gets approved.

Tippp cashed me out $5 gift cards twice already. Then I decided to redeem a $20 one. However, I never received the giftcard link for this one, yet my Tippp points were deducted for the 20,000 points. Am I to assume they only cash out small amounts but when they have to pay out bigger earnings it's just one big mute?

After I called them a scam for banning me without reason, they responded with:
"To protect our genuine users, we do not tolerate fraudulent methods or violations of our terms and conditions.

If you believe that your account has been mistakenly suspended, please feel free to contact our support team."

I contacted their support team for wrongfully banning me and its been 2 weeks without response.
Theyre trying to put me down because they refused to pay me.

I was skeptical about the site at first due to bad reviews, but I have had a pleasant experience so far. The offers are high paying & the added bonuses from the leaderboard make offers even more worthwhile.
The initial confirmation payout takes a bit longer than is desirable, but all of my subsequent cash outs have been very prompt. I had a small issue with the gift card provider, but they had it fixed before I even put down my phone after e-mailing customer service. Excellent job.
Why am I only rating the site 4 stars?
The payout options. There are A LOT of giftcard options to choose from- which is awesome- but there aren't any options that function like cash. There is no option for Visa or Mastercard prepaid debit cards & not even a Paypal cashout option. I like to use sites like this to help pay my bills & was disappointed to find that I won't be able to use the money I earned to do so. If these options were available, this site would easily earn 5 stars from me.

Took a little longer than expected and I still have to wait before I can withdrawal another gift card but it's works. Plus this site pays decently and the offers are abundant.

Update: I'm changing this from 4 stars to 5. Initial withdrawal does take a little longer than some other sites but I just did 2 back to back Google play gift cards $10 and $5 and I got them almost instantly. Plus the website is nice and easy to follow and there's bonuses. Top 3 in my list
