I ordered 3m of fake leather for keyrings after buying a sample a month beforehand to make sure that the material was suitable. Instead of the fabric I expected they sent me something that is completely unsuitable for what I had in mind: the fabric is much thinner, scratches easily, has a completely different backing and is now both impossible to glue or sew together. Instead of accepting that this is not ok and offering a refund I got the reply that they have to rely on their supplier and that the grammage if the fabric had changed on their website. I am now left with 3m of completely unusable fabric. Needless to say I will certainly NOT use this company again as they are unreliable.

Comunicazione poco chiara sui tempi di produzione e spedizione. Nessuna risposta alla prima richiesta di informazioni. Ho comunicato con anticipo la necessità di ricevere il prodotto entro una certa data senza ricevere una conferma chiara sulla consegna. Il prodotto è arrivato oltre le tempistiche necessarie per il suo utilizzo

J'ai commandé des tapis personnalisé chez eux et que dire... C'est la meilleure qualité, en plus d'être le meilleur prix que j'ai pu trouver ( et c'est français ! ) hyper content de leur expertise.
