My 2 week holiday in greece was ok, but since I've been back I have been deluged with unwanted and unasked for holiday literature. I have emailed Titan, and phoned them, but despite assurances that it would stop it hasn't. The waste of all the paper and resources makes my blood boil, and today I received even more.

Bought a few toys from this company more than once spent over £100 and they are very expensive but this last one the box was broken and hinges as well , emailed them 4 times over days , but seems because the items were paid and recieved, they,re not interested,they've got the money , don't buy from these money grabbing people from abroad ,they just want your money not interested after sales service or letting children down,AVOID STICK TITAN and TITAN 13

I have been using Titan for more than a few years. I have seen it grow from a scrappy app that pitched itself as a low cost hedge fund to an all in one investment platform. I have been loving the upgrades they have made to the platform bringing different types of investments plus ability to directly trade stocks. Even though I didn’t use it, their platform also offered free self service tax platform. I also love their platform.

Titan is always right there for me when I have a question. I appreciate the immediate attention and sincerity of the replies. Thanks so much!

As a novice investor, I appreciate the active management of the investments and comprehensive communication.

Titan is more than just a brokerage account. They put out quality content about the market and what drives it. They are extremely knowledgeable. They aren’t about chasing the latest trends, they aim to be ahead of what is coming next.

Proactive communication. Fantastic app design. It's all so easy and transparent.

I’ve had a small rollover invested with Titan since their early days and their active management has definitely outperformed my 401k. The communications have been recently enhanced and encouraged. I’m not 100% on board with the recent changes to the fee structure, but have yet to feel the need to comparison shop. Initially it seems fair enough and I enjoy the responsiveness of the deposit/withdrawal process through the app.

A range of opportunities to diversify your investments. Communication from Titan is very strong and they seek to make the user experience very positive. Additionally a very positive experience with their high yield cash accounts as well as ability to transfer money into their investments.

They also offer opportunities to hear directly from them and to interact with the staff if you want to set up an appointment.

Seems like they care a lot about the customer experience, offer a lot of educational resources, and go out of their way to give personalized support. Pretty transparent, too, from what I can tell.

Titan is easy, build from their portfolio options and relax, they handle the trading and everything else. If I trade myself, I lose, the odds are against the retail investor.

Had an appointment for a call. When it did not happen I chatted and was told he would be right there. It never happened. There was no follow-up to my text about what happened. Totally disrespectful! Guess probably it was because I only had $79,000 under their management!

One thing why can I deposit from uninvested cash directly into smart treasure?Other then that things have worked well.

Very easy to use. Easy to monitor. Help is readily available if you need it. Especially for questions about their products. Their access to ARK Venture Fund is a real benefit

What a great service! They are so thorough and offer lots of services/options. They consistently update you on the market, their thoughts, and move investments as they see fit to keep you in the beat position. I have worked with many services and this team is the most on top of it. Thanks!

I deposited $3,000 with Titan, and at first, everything seemed fine. My account manager was super friendly, constantly encouraging me to invest more. But the moment I tried to withdraw my profits, the excuses started. First, they claimed I needed to pay a 10% "tax fee" upfront, then suddenly, my account was "under verification."

After weeks of back-and-forth emails, they just stopped responding. My account is now blocked, and I have zero access to my funds. Support? Completely useless. They just stall and give scripted replies.

Titan is nothing but a fraudulent broker designed to drain your money and disappear. Avoid them at all costs!

I went on the Grandeur Tour of Portugal and had a wonderful time. Met with lovely bunch of people on the trip,we got on well and it was a lovely group experience. I would have said more about this trip but am disappointed that Titan closed the feedback survey less than a week after our return. When you have been away from home, one might need time to sort themselves out first and have time to reflect on one's holiday. There shouldn't be a rush to close the feedback. Why the rush? What don't you want to hear from us? Titan should give us at least a week to settle down first and then allow us to feedback. It's so disappointing to be denied a chance to give my honest opinion about the trip. It's such a shame.

I was down 50% of my portfolio at one time with them based on allowing them full trade autonomy. Now they are still down 20%. I went to close my account and they’re asking for a list of bank statements on any account that I connected with them. I can easily change my password and get on a new device, I can correspond through email and text and their chat server, but if you want your funds back…they require your bank statements to give your money back. No, not just a screenshot through your bank app, they want your transaction info. As in, they have access to a month or more of all transactions. Which is in itself a security compromise. And a new photo ID pic and then some time to close the account. For reference, Robinhood and TD and Shwaub and Fidelity I’ve used. None of them required any of this scammy bs. They’re not fast to respond in their chat log either. Youd be wise to avoid this “company”. Also, for an investment bot, their fees look higher than anyone else. When asked about their investment strategy and how they lost 50% of my portfolio, it was jargon and excuses as to why and how they invest. I’m assuming the only reason they’re still afloat is heavy marketing. The “strategists “ seem to have all rolled over as well. All new faces.
