I m usually a happy buyer and not into writing reviewed too often. However after a lot of patience and follow up I don’t have a choice except to pen these words regarding the worst recent purchasing experience. My order TEP-3000967203 (containing 05 Sunglasses) was about to be delivered on 01 Apr 2026. However despite repeated reminders the same is yet not delivered till date(06 Apr) by Titan. Further there are no updates from Titan team regarding delay in delivery nor any assured date given till now. Customer care has no clue & they don’t even respond to mails. Upon request to speak to their senior customer care team, they were not able to come to attend the call despite holding it for over 15 mins.
They are neither refunding my paid amount- nor extending any compensation and not even any communication from their end.
Strongly NOT recommended to buy any products from a company which takes no responsibility of order once receiving the amount(prepaid).
Such kind of process delay was just not acceptable from a brand like Titan (by TATA group). As a customer - feeling trapped in a non-ending circle of dates.

Titan Eyeplus is operating more like a scam than a reputed brand. I placed an order on 29th December 2025(Order for Contact Lenses+ Free Sunglasses) for Rs. 1, 120 online. Delivery was promised by 10th January 2026 though TITAN EYE+ Elan Miracle, Shop No. 134-135, Elan Miracle, Northern Peripheral Rd, Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana 122004, Gurugram, Haryana, 122004, India. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they have also entered a loop of harassment and absolute silence.

I have generated 14 separate complaint tickets, and not a single human has reached out with a resolution. They are sitting on my money while their website falsely claims the item is "being returned"a blatant lie since the item was never even sent to me.

The following tickets have been ignored for weeks: TKT-0063046052, TKT-0062883668, TKT-0062883690 TKT-0062883688, TKT-0062883683, TKT-0062883682 TKT-0062883675, TKT-0062883674, TKT-0062883673 TKT-0062310023, TKT-0062797847

It is now 24th January, nearly a month since the order, and they are essentially holding my money hostage. This is a total deficiency of service and "hooligan-style" management.

I demand an immediate refund. To anyone reading this: AVOID TITAN EYEPLUS ONLINE. They take your money and vanish. I am now taking this matter to the National Consumer Helpline(NCH) and filing a formal case in the Consumer Forum.

DO NOT buy online from @TitanEyePlus website or the app. They are holding my money hostage for an order placed on Dec 29 (TEP-2000757900) that was NEVER delivered. eKart confirmed it couldn't be delivered on Jan 10, yet Titan refuses to refund. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and customer support from Titan Eye Plus. I placed an order for new glasses with a promised delivery date of 11th January, but the order was never delivered. As my international travel date was approaching, I requested that the glasses be sent to my overseas address. Despite multiple follow‑ups, I received no response at all.
The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. For a brand of this size, I expected far better reliability and customer care. This experience has made me lose confidence in their service

Placed a prescription order on 5th Jan which was confirmed to be delivered by 8th Jan. I receive an email on 10th asking if I wanted bifocal lenses fitted when the prescription clearly states single vision lense only needed. I responded to the email saying no and then stopped hearing from them totally. I have sent number of emails since but no response from Titan eye.

I have bought eye glasses several times from them, I was one of their loyal customers.

But my glasses broke every year due to quality issues, I didn't step on it or used roughly. Also the lenses get scratches easily despite being good ones and they were in warranty,

but when requested for a replacement the shop owner kept my frames and investigated it and never given me a new replacement in fact they asked me to pay for more. I know the exact branch where it happens and its better to buy it from local eye shops and Lenskart as I had much better experience with them and definitely TATA store sucks.

Very good product and well behaviour of the stuffs

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Titan Eye Plus, Vasant Kunj.
Mr. Deepak and his team promised high-quality lenses and convinced me to buy expensive ones (approx. ₹25,000 for myself and ₹10,000 for my son). I even paid ₹20,500 in advance.
After the glasses were made, the quality was nowhere close to what was promised and shown to me. Despite clearly specifying the requirements beforehand, they ignored them.
When I raised the issue, they completely refused to listen and are now outright denying any return or refund — even after more than a month of follow-up.
To make matters worse, my son’s spectacles were also held back during his exams, showing a total lack of sensitivity.
Instead of resolving the problem, they try to cover up mistakes by giving false assurances and delaying responses.
This is not about the Titan brand — it is about the people running this store. The Vasant Kunj team is untrustworthy, insensitive, and unwilling to take accountability.
I strongly urge customers to be cautious before trusting this outlet.
