Excellent course. Unique in the market place -deep dive into title splits. Warts and all-honest view of what's involved. Rachel has incredible energy,knowledge,integrity,honesty and refreshingly skillful & unique approach.Adrian's appraisal of planning and process has armed us with the dos and donts...will save disaster. A fantastic 3 days of real learning. A course that really opens the mind to title splitting opportunities and creative purchasing. Lots of knowledge, and not for beginners. A room full of educated property developers was a breath of fresh air to other courses. Plus, zero upselling.
Rachel Knight is a very impressive person, whose enthusiasm on property is infectious. An amazing coach and was a pleasure to spend 3 days with her and her team. Having done other training over the years, this is hands down the most useful I’ve found.

I was expecting only to learn about when and how to split titles and create extra individual units. In fact the course was much more than that. I learned about how different strategies fit together, creative design creative finance strategies. How to communicate with each member of the power team in a way that gets my ideas across and how to understand what they are telling me. And so many other things.

Amazing teaching and sharing! Rachel and Adrian are just amazing! I know the training will be good but I didn't know that it will be THAT good!
