A good thorough course but a few technical hitches with the text reader.
Also, I think it's important you sort the iPad issues - it's the first course I've not been able to do on the iPad. I really struggled on my old laptop

The Participation course and questions…
The Participation course and questions were too long. Failing the questions you can't gio quickly over the course again the second time so it was slow. Some interesting things in there but I found it frustrating. I'm not a leader so maybe this course is just for managers.
Later note: The team have been very responsive and even though unfortunately there may not be a lot that can be done they will pass on the feedback which is good. Thank you for listening

Please can you email us with more information so that we can look into this, as this is not something that has ever been raised with us before. The menu button at the bottom of the page, allows you to go through the course quickly a second time, so this is an option on the course. The course is mapped against learning outcomes that are agreed and signed off by CPD UK so the course content is of a very high standard. Please do email us and we can have a chat with you rectify this.

Excellent training material...
The training material was made available seamlessly after payment. The material was well considered, highly informative and an excellent foundation for what is a complex subject matter. I like the bite-sized nature of the material, making it quick to understand and easier to remember. All said an excellent training material.

Good morning Stephen. We are sorry to hear that the course didn’t meet your expectations.
We always advise companies to review the content before rolling it out to employees as we appreciate that each organisation is different. Whilst the course may be suitable for one organisation for another they may require more in depth training or Face to Face training whereby specific case examples of situations staff have faced can be broken down and analysed about how it could be addressed.
We have received positive feedback from learners on this course and it has been rolled out in other organisations with positive results. The course is a level 2 short course which is why we don’t go too much depth on the psychology.

The best I've encountered with this company
Unlike a lot of the TNTA training, this course was excellent - detailed, full of necessary and useful information, most of which I've screenshotted for revision and reminder. I would absolutely recommend the Risk Assessment Training to my entire team.

A really great course for both a minute taking refresher and for new minute takers to the business. Good set of information and templates provided within the course. And a nice flexible way of learning at a time that suits. I will definitely look at other courses provided. Costs are very reasonable too. Thank you TNTA Ceri

Group B (Wales) TNTA Safeguarding Course
I'm new to Safeguarding, and overall I found it a very comprehensive and detailed course. I found the interaction throughout, and tests at the end highly engaging.
My only reason for not giving five stars was that I couldn't determine how to get a copy of the course material to refer back to, although I know I have online access for a year.

Hi Ann, many thanks for the review. Our courses do have a read aloud function, if you click on the text it will read it aloud. When we tested our courses learners spoke about how they can read faster than listening to a full voice over, so we decided that allowing learners to choose which they'd want would be the best option. On the dashboard when you login there is a user guide which explains the function. However, we do appreciate that most people want to go straight to the course. We will try to make this clearer for learners so that they are aware of the function. Thanks again.
