Same as everyone else. Wish I would have read these before I was scammed. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! They are thieves!!

Be careful, don't buy from this site for more than a month, they promised delivery and didn't deliver, then they promised to refund your money and didn't deliver either.

There is only one way to pay - with PayPal. And you have to put your order number in the 'friends and family' box. That should be a BIG clue because there is no recourse from PayPal in that category, when they take your money, but don't send the cigarettes. They took my payment, but I never received the cigarettes. I wrote several times to customer service and got no reply. I sent a letter in the mail to their address in Chicago and got no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. It's a con. That's why they're called
Tobaccon.

Placed my order May 27th, nothing and today is October 30th. No replies to my emails, no word on my order. Also tried to engage someone on the website, also nothing. Definitely a scam, don't get caught.

THEIR WAREHOUSE BURNED DOWN - If you look up the physical address on their site, 2029 W Hubbard, you'll see it burned down in June 2024. But apparently they just left their site up to keep collecting paypal money from unwitting customer like me (I placed my order on July 30 and as of Sept 1 still no cigs, the tracking number is broken, and no response to my emails). Might see if Paypal could reverse my charge but I'm not holding out hope :/

Deceptive website please stay away i tried communicating to the staff and they are rude and also end up been blocked, they will be caught soon because I have reported this site, order from the above company for legit service

hello,i tried to contact this company but email is disabled,they want answer me at all.i ordered on june 5th,2024 and still no package.i will report to my bank cuz i've had enuff of this foolishness. Yes I received my refund from my bank this past week.it took about a week for it to happen,so no more ordering online again for me. 7/25/2024 and today is Thursday

Can’t believe I trusted. PayPal as Friends & Fam should have raised a big red flag. I was in a hurry doing a favor to some dumbass asking for these cigarettes. Complete scam.

Complete scam, same story as all the others. You get a confirmation and a bogus tracking number and you will never get what you paid for. Will not respond to any emails.

Scammers! Stay clear of them. Paid but never received ithe carton I bought and won't respond to emails. THEY'RE THIEVES!! STAY CLEAR!!!

Deceptive scam. Order number generated and then a shipping number was provided a few days later that was invalid. Support team replied to a single email exactly one month ago and has not replied to any other emails since then.

I had tested to see if their support team is legitimate by requesting an update via an email address which I did not place my order from and did not include any order information. They replied back to "confirm" my order was already processed and shipped without knowing any information about the order.

Scam! Same experience as others. Paid, got a fake tracking number. Tried to reach them again and MEVER heard back. Sad.

I had a similar experience as other one star reviewers. I ordered a carton of cigarettes in March 2024, paid with Paypal, got the tracking number, tracked the shipment to Arizona (I don't live anywhere close to Arizona), and that's the last I heard fron tracking or Tobaccon. They will not reply to the 5 emails I sent them. This is a giant scam! Stay away from Tobaccon.

Dear tobaccon customers please read this, my order placed march 2023 now is may 2024 still I haven’t received my order I sent more five emil to the support and more than three messages to them , no response from them the address in their wed sit you can search you will find it’s palette company I contacted them, they told me in our area there isn’t office or company it such name, they don’t have phone number no right address when you want send money in their page you pay by master card or Visa card but they don’t except they will send you to pay by PayPal not their account,but to someone as as friend or family, after you pay you receive order confirmation after that you receive tracking number you will say ok I will receive my package ,I wait , wait and , nothing happened, I contact PayPal to see how I get my money back the answer they told me due to payment option you selected ( family and friends) we don’t hold your money best way to contact company you made your perches, everything i put in this review I can prove it. Dear customers it’s up to you want veist your money and time , I don’t know call them scammers or frauder , piece and joyes .

Really quick deliver item was exactly what I expected.

Wasn't sure I trusted the "send thru paypal", but I put it on my AMEX, in case I had to dispute it later on. WELL..I ordered 5 cartons on Feb 14th, got an e-mail next day saying it shipped. They gave me USPS tracking which didn't have any data, so I contacted them. They gave me an "International site to track it" and the cigs are coming from CHINA!!!!! They're still stuck in the country and no other info avail. Getting ready to call AMEX and have the "charge" removed for this SCAM!!! Over 18 days and nadda...It's still not here.

It asks for payments through PayPal only which is extremely suspicious. In their payment methods, they show the icons of visa/Mastercard/american express but they don't give you the option to pay with these. They state "Send Payment Of Your Order To Our PayPal Email Address -As PERSONAL OPTION ONLY (Friends & Family)" 100% scam
