Great customer service and great product

There were issues shipping the product from Ireland to the USA (where I live) but Suman resolved the issues and shipped the harness to me. Suman was friendly and professional.
I am very impressed with the quality of the harness I ordered, and also with the detail and care put into order....the package arrived with the harness wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and a bow; also included in the package was a fabulous postcard, an Ireland keychain, and a message from Suman and Toby...everything was absolutely 1st class!

Such a beautifully wrapped and presented package! All the detail that has gone into this is amazing. The harness and lead are great quality too. Fits my Boston terrier perfectly. Thank you!

The package was delivered with great care and there was a cute picture of toby as a gift

Beautiful product & how amazing all the packaging was.

Very happy with purchase.

Every single item I ordered is simply fabulous! Great quality and beautifully designed. I could not be more pleased. Especially the leads in black and red are wonderful, strong and sturdy, simply perfect. The stickers are fun to look at and will find a spot on my notebook and my suitcases. The bandana will look cute on my puppy girl.
Will certainly do business with Toby Collection again and can highly recommend this business.
