I recently bought a Tog24 t-short and it went bad within a week - after just one wash !!

Came down to the Clacton branch to look for a waterproof jacket for my son who is going travelling. I was kindly greeted by a younger lad Elliot, he was very helpful in showing me a few different options and explaining advantages of certain ones. I did not purchase anything on the day due to not being sure on what colour to get but did order one online later on after being able to show my son online what I had been shown and pass on the pros and cons of what I had been taught that day. I would also like to mention the other boy on that day I did not have a interaction with him myself but my husband did and said he was also very pleasant to talk to.

The ski jacket had been great for a couple of seasons and kept me very warm in icy conditions down to -18°C in January this year. However, today came a true test and I realised the BIG difference between water repellent and water resistant. This ski jacket is the latter. During heavy snowfall it was soaking wet through and I had to head back to the warmth of the apartment. I suppose it is what it is for the price but it falls down in bad snowy weather.
Update! Today the zip failed completely whilst I was out on the slopes. Utterly awful experience I had to limp back with my jacket flapping around- thank goodness it was sunny today. Avoid this brand if you want quality

Love this coat - lovely and warm but without feeling too bulky. Toasty on a cold winters day in England - looking forward to really testing it in Norway next week.

As always great help and service at the Keswick branch. Lesley was great and signed me up for the TOG24 points system. Sally was great with our 3 dogs when we visited and had treats and fusses for them while I selected a couple of new tops.

Product defect on an expensive raincoat.
I am disappointed to write this review as a longstanding customer of TOG24. I have purchased many clothing products across their range over many years. Many of those clothing items are still in great condition after plenty of use.
I purchased a TOG24 Glenton Long Raincoat in July 2024 for use in bad weather conditions. I did not use it until the Autumn & Winter 2024 & and even then on not many occasions, as I also have a lightweight TOG24 waterproof. Once again in 2025 the coat was only used periodically (not at all in the Summer) & then in Autumn & Winter 2025/2026. The number of times in total is therefore very low. A few weeks ago I noticed that the fabric on zip (on the righthand side where it connects to the lefthand side) was fraying & has now completely split. This is a high quality, expensive coat (approximately £160 list price), it's extremely waterproof & tough in all other parts & I was very happy with it's performance. However, for such an expensive outdoor coat, I would not expect this to happen after such a relatively short time & think that the zip is not fit for purpose. I know that there is only a 12 month warranty, but under the circumstances I thought that TOG24 would respond positively to a request for a replacement coat. I have had a totally negative response from the company & they can only suggest that I ship it off to a company in Lancashire & pay for the costs & repair. When there is such an obvious product defect I would have expected,as a loyal customer, a positive response to my request for a replacement. As I mentioned earlier, I am disappointed to have had to write this but I now feel that I won't be buying any more of their products.

This coat is so well made, and fits my small 10 month old Patterjack puppy really well. It's thick, waterproof and reversible, with the other side being reflective. It's brilliant for the price.

Got a gorgeous rose pink fleece then realised Im not the only one 🙄 very popular with my colleagues. So changed it for a smokey teal colour, easy peasy! Staff so helpful 👏

Called this evening to Tog24 in Kildare village. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, not pushy or off putting. As I browsed around tge shop tge staff chatted and gave good advice about a coat I was looking at. I came back later with my wife and bought the coat. The staff were so good. I bought the coat and was delighted with my purchase. I would definitely shop here again. All praise for a great experience.

Excellent base layer. It’s saving my life in this damp cold today

I love the coat I have. Cosy and great quality. The downsides are the zip and cuffs. The two way zip is incredibly difficult to engage. Sometimes I have to give up and just use the velcro fasteners thus defeating the warmth efficiency. I would never want to use the alternative purpose of the zip ie open from the bottom of the coat. I do not like elasticated cuffs.

Collet the sales assistant was excellent in her knowledge of the products and her advice on the fitting and style that suited us best.The result was we bought two jackets . Would recommend Tog 24 at Bolton.

Great coat. Smart, and comfortable. Problem with the press stud was quickly resolved by helpful staff.

Not so good if you have to do a return. You have to pay £2.95 and print your return label. Only buy if there is a shop near to you return free of charge. Personally I will never shop with them again online, it's just not worth the risk.

Great customer service

I am so tired of having to thrown away puffer jackets because of misleading washing labels. Over the past couple of years I cant even record how many puffer jackets I had to send to recycle bin due to misleading washing labels. We buy a puffer jacket and after 2-3 months of using it and sweating we put them on the washing machine according to washing instructions on first time its gone. The Nanton Tog24 Jacket puffer filling gets clumped after first washing and it is clearly due to the filling not been stiched properly to the jacket outer shell materials and when I tried to complaint by sent the company an email about the issue they sent a replying saying how to wash and dry the jacket! We all know thats bad sewn jackets that are made to get clumped after washing it so we have to disposal and buy another one! Cant no longer fool us! The Nanton Tog24 Jacket Jackets are not washable!!!
