As first time buyers we were clueless of how the housing market worked. Tom’s first meeting involved getting to know us as buyers and talk us through the steps towards owning a house. A weight lifted off our shoulders almost immediately after the meeting. Throughout the process Tom was on top of all documents and would complete or enquire ASAP. Tom would respond to all emails almost immediately and there were no silly questions. We are lucky to have had a stress free buying experience and would put this down to Tom and his persistence.

As first time buyers myself and my boyfriend did not really know where to start, Tom sorted all the hard work for us. My job is a fixed term contract and I did not realise how much this would impact securing our mortgage and Tom found us a lender and solicitor that was best for us, I hear of so many people who say how stressful buying a house can be and I honestly can say Tom has taken all the stress out of it and made it so relaxing for us. We honestly thought with only a 5% deposit this would be impossible and it was something we would have to wait for and Tom talked us through every little detail and made it work

Where do I start? Tom has been beyond helpful at every step of the process, being first time buyers we hadn’t a clue what anything meant or how/where to begin. Tom has provided such a friendly service, but yet professional. There are times when securing a mortgage or getting an offer accepted seemed impossible, Tom was always there at the end of the phone/email to reassure and create an action plan. Tom has always been very efficient in getting back to us, even going to the lengths of answering calls and emails whilst at Weddings and on Holiday!! As well as being extremely patient with us and our millions of questions. I don’t think there are quite the words to express how grateful myself and my partner are to Tom, and would highly recommend to anyone. We shan’t be going elsewhere for all our mortgage needs. Tom gave us an exemplary service from start to finish. As first time buyers we had no idea on the process of buying a house until we got in touch with him.

He walked us through our options and talked us through the process, advising us on what we needed to save for fees and other costs as well as the deposit. He was really responsive and always got back to us on the same day if we ever had an issue or question (and I had lots of them)

He got us a mortgage offer and helped us with insurances also, which made the whole process easier! I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Would highly recommend Tom. From start to finish he was very professional, informative and helpful as first time buyers this was very daunting for us but Tom made us feel at ease and answered all the questions we had which reassured us a lot for our house purchase.
The whole process for us was smooth and Tom definitely played a big part in that with regular updates and chasing required documentation which took the stress off us.

We tracked Thomas down after some work he did for us before he went independent after realising it was him, not the company, that did a great job.

Once again he was able to deliver a mortgage offer when others seemed to say it was not possible. Thomas always had a friendly yet professional attitude, was responsive to our needs and guided us through the process. He was transparent throughout the whole process, finding the best mortgage product for us in our given circumstances.

Some issues did arise out of his control that gave significant delays to our mortgage application, but Thomas tried all avenues to speed this up and submitted feedback to the mortgage company on our behalf.

There is no doubt Thomas is an experienced and effective mortgage advisor.
