Contract Queries
I submitted some information on the website and got a call back from a gentleman called Paul Howard within half an hour. He was incredibly friendly and polite and he took the time to explain certain clauses in my employment contract. Excellent service and highly recommended.

High quality professional solicitors
I spoke to a solicitor from Tom Street solicitors and received excellent legal advice regarding an employment matter. Prior to the call l was full of uncertainty. I was provided with guidance on how to collate the relevant evidence needed, regarding the less favourable treatment l have been subjected to recently. Contacted through website, had a call from Tom telling me I had a case and how awful I had been treat this way by my employer.
Discrimination. Told the business would not want publicity regarding my case.
Allocated a solicitor I wasn't happy with due to research and reviews. Allocated another solicitor whom spent less than 15 minutes on the phone would not listen and interupted me on several occasions. Sent sensitive information thank god not all of it. Tom rang me the same day and spoke to me in arrogant manner. Extremely disrespectful. DO NOT WASTE your time or energy using this arrogant egotistical cow boy or his colleagues.
Go to your nearest Citizens advice to seek help and advice regarding employment matters.

Dont waste your time
I contacted this company in November 2019. I know I have a strong case for disability discrimination for cancer and being pushed out of my job. He 'Tom' called me and asked me to send me all the info which I did. Did I get a call back? NO I chased him - any reply - NO! I have been told by other legal advisors that I have a strong case but finally when I did have a reply I was told they wont get enough money out of my case so its not worth their effort. Please don't bother with these people. They don't care. Apparently over £100k isn't a strong enough earner for them Very disappointed having sent them everything. Only in for the easiest cases with the most money so they don't have to work hard.
