I’ve been buying from toms trunks for quite a few years now, and they’ve never disappointed once! I recently ordered their white and pink classics in the wide leg version, and after receiving them (very quickly) I decided that I would prefer them in the normal style so opted for an exchange which was easy to sort using their quick returns & exchanges section. After emailing the company to let them know the steps I had taken they immediately sent out the new pair and arrived the next morning. The quality of their products are amazing and I’m so pleased to see the company growing. Will definitely be purchasing again pretty soon!

I ordered two pairs of Tom’s Trunks last night at 18.00. They arrived this morning at 11.30! What incredible service and fantastic quality. So impressed!

Ollie was very helpful and polite and responded to my emails very swiftly.

I have three different pairs of toms and adore them all, I would recommend sizing up for the yoga pants, sizing down for the wide leg and staying the same for the trousers

Ordered two pairs of shorts and trousers for my teen son, he has lived in them throughout the summer, not only are they comfy but they look great. very pleased with fit and quality. They wash well and there hasn't been a problem with shrinkage.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers in different sizes and lost proof of postage on the returned pair. I thought perhaps they had be lost in the post but they we received and refunded within days. I couldn't see the refund and after a note to customer services they informed when they were refunded etc . Just great customer service with a speedy response . The trousers were for my daughter and she loves them.

Brilliant customer service. I needed some shorts for the next day to go to a festival that evening, they arrived the following morning.

Comfy, look and feel great

Bought a good few products from here now all amazing quality, last long, durable, lightweight and so comfy. Sizing is perfect. Statement Pattern and design is gorgeous.
However had a slight product issue on my latest order which was resolved amazingly fast and well. Very satisfied every time, absolute zero faults. Would like to mention Ollie who was great to deal with. Will always be one of my favourite company’s.

You can never go wrong with Tom's - the quality and service are always a dream! Speedy responses and delivery, gorgeous styles, a must if you're after the cool girl aesthetic

I have made a couple orders now from toms trunks and have nothing but positive feedback. I had a small issue with one item which they graciously gave a partial refund for! Would 100% recommend great quality both product and service!

Just realised I had ordered the incorrect size on a pair of trousers. Emailed the company immediately and asked for this to be rectified. I received an email within 15 minutes and the problem resolved without an fuss at all

Some trousers I received as a gift were out of the return window by the time I'd opened and tried them on - but I was so disappointed as I knew I really wanted to keep them - just in a larger size! Romy in the customer happiness team could not have been more helpful, replying within a few hours to my email (on a Saturday!) she extended my item so I could return it, then when I couldn't find my delivery label, sent it to me directly (again replying super quickly on the weekend). I am delighted with my item, and would recommend this brand to anyone, for both the great quality items and the great customer service!
