I would give this experience a ZERO of I could. They alter the images you send and then do not want to fix their mistakes. I have been waiting 6 months for my remake of the items they messed up. During this time someone is communicating with me but they are lying and giving deadlines for me to have my items and the deadlines pass and nothing. If you want good customer service DO NOT GET YOUR LOVED ONE'S KEEPSAKE FROM THEM!! TRASH

I had a very good experience working with TongShop. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process. They were very responsive and willing to make adjustments when needed. They corrected the sizing for my order and made sure everything was accurate before moving forward with production. The team was patient, helpful, and made the process smooth from start to finish.
