I wish I would have read more honest reviews before making the purchase. Their website is full of made up reviews. The templates are so complex to use. The chat support sometimes answers after 12 hours.
I’ve basically spent the last 4 months editing and trying to get my business off the ground!! Spent additional money for designer to help me finish the website. And I’m going to throw it all away because the templates are not made to convert clients. It’s just overpriced pretty website that doesn’t convert. Such a waste of time and money.

I have been working with TONIC for years and have only good things to say about them! They have incredible website designs and awesome customer service. They reply to messages and email same day and really care about their customers.

The templet is great but to work with show it to integrate everything is very difficult and frustrating.

Tonicsiteshop has great templates that are extremely overpriced for the service they offer. After the template you pay extra monthly fee to access it off of squarespace. In additin, they publicize themselves as a company that supports you throughout you your journey opening your business with website questions. Farthest from the truth. I've messaged so many times on instagram and have often been left on seen and read. They don't acknowledge my questions. Once you buy their template they don't care. Buy from another site.
