This the worst company across the board. All around. High level of Dishonesty! My 3rd phone call. Canceled my order finally after 12 days of nothing. Most of the reviews I read is the Same bad situation. Customer service rep (Gina Beckham).Claims that they send emails you never ever get. Tells me I have to send them in writing to get cancelation and refund. Lie! She did it anyway while we talked and couldn’t even get the proper emails to me. In the end She hung up on me. Because we the consumer are the problem not the crap company. Stay far far away from these people and Company.

Gave incorrect shipping information before payment. I was told the item would ship in 3–5 days. After paying, they changed it to 6–8 weeks due to “manufacturer backorder.” Completely misleading and unprofessional. Avoid.
