Excellent - quick and no fuss. I was super impressed with how quickly Tooltap responded to my emails and dispatch orders. The cleaner itself worked great and was in good working condition. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

Our experience with Tooltap was absolutely brilliant - they were extremely communicative via whatsapp and the pressure washer arrived perfectly on time (at a time I chose) and was picked up the next day, again at a time convenient for us. We were able to pressure wash our yard after pulling up old decking and now it looks really tidy for the rest of the summer. Thank you!

I recently hired a carpet cleaning machine from Tooltap and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their support was exceptional — they answered all my questions via WhatsApp promptly and clearly, even before I committed to the rental.

The whole process was incredibly smooth. The machine was delivered right on time to my home, and throughout the entire period, the team remained available and supportive. Even after the rental ended, I had an issue with a lingering odour from an old pet urine stain that I hadn’t extracted properly. Tooltap kindly offered the machine again with a generous discount to help me resolve it, which was beyond my expectations.

I recently booked the jet wash out to clean my garden patio. The jet wash was great, did the job it needed to do. Customer service was excellent, Callum kept me updated via WhatsApp, and due to the jet wash arriving 1 hour later than originally planned, allowed me to keep it for hire for another day. Delivered and collected right to and from my doorstep, I will definitely be using taptool again, next time it will be for the carpet cleaner which I expect to be just as good.

Absolutely brilliant hire company. Drop off and collect from your house. £17 for a day. Much much better and cheaper than the other big hire company. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend
