Whitening and Composite Bonding

I had my consultation about whitening and composite bonding in the Loughton branch with Charlotte who was super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, talked me through the process and my desired preferences as I was conscious that I wanted a natural look. The consultation made me excited to get my procedure dates booked in straight away.

Dr Sepi, with the help of Chanel completed my clean, plaque removal and then took a 3D mould of my teeth for the whitening trays. They were so pleasant, made me feel comfortable during my appointments, explained the procedures in even more detail and what was to be expected, which eased my anxiety.

The composite bonding was completed a couple of weeks later and I am immensely pleased with my results. I chose the shade for the bonding with side by side comparisons and Dr Sepi checked in with me after completing half of the top set of my teeth to confirm I was happy with the shape and colour. I must say the colour and shape of my teeth are perfect! She's like a magician and I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. I couldn't be any more pleased with my results! I was talked through my aftercare, keeping up with my polishing/hygienist appointments and made sure to get my extended cover for a further 6 months in case of any accidental damage.

I've thought about getting cosmetic work for such a long time and I'm happy that the Loughton branch was my practice of choice. I didn't know I could have so much fun being in a Dentist chair, whilst vibing to their fabulous playlist.

Tooth Club Stevenage

Abdul was amazing , he made me feel really calm and relaxed.

Maidstone practice

Went to the Maidstone practice. Had my aligner treatment with Dr Monika. She was lovely along with her nurse Millie. They always made me feel at ease. Amelia and Maddie on reception were always very friendly. Best thing I ever did. Highly recommend.

Wanted to get composite bonding done

Wanted to get composite bonding done, surprised when my consultation was done by a receptionist and not an actual dentist. Agreed to do the treatment and signed up for finance. Only to be told at the first appointment it could not be done. So I cancelled the treatment, they have continued to take my Direct debits even though I am not receiving treatment! I have been told this could take 28 days which has now passed and now being told another 10 working days! I feel like I am being scammed. I am now taking this to a legal team I have in my company..

Hidden charges, terrible customer service, liars.

I wanted Invisalign and had the free consultation to discuss this. Please note this is not with any one dental trained.
I have a very wonky front tooth and slight gum disease. I made this very clear and asked if this would be a problem.
She took a photo of my teeth and gums, left to show a dentist. When she came back she said it would be absolutely fine to go ahead with Invisalign.
Based on this I signed up with their finance through Tabeo. I paid the first £235.40 there and then by card.
My first actual appointment would be a month later to see an actual dentist. A day before this, the next payment of £235.35 came out.
I arrived 5 minutes early, I proceeded to then have to wait an hour with no update.
After asking what was happening I was finally informed I would be seen in ten minutes.
Once in the room, I sat down for 5 minutes and was told they would not do the Invisalign as my tooth was too wonky and it might lead to my tooth becoming loose, no examination required.
Exactly my worry in the first place, so everything was to be cancelled - finance and all appointments, except for the hygienist the next day which I agreed to pay for £65 for.

It’s now taken two months to finally get a refund approved after 20 plus calls, messages and emails between me, Tabeo and Tooth club. In the mean time they have continued to try and take two further payments.
Apparently no one in the Halstead branch could even deal with it.
I am now also getting charged £39 for the free consultation and £66 interest for the finance.
So far they have only refunded £76 and the rest will apparently come through in the next 10 days.
Complete scam, terrible customer service, do not use!
They just want to sign you up but they don’t care. Liars.

We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to deal with multiple parties and to experience delays, as well as the confusion around payments and charges. This is certainly not the experience we want for our patients, and your feedback will be taken seriously.

Staff intimidating and forceful - avoid at all costs

Pricing - very misleading. At initial consultation (with treatment coordinator), I felt very uncomfortable, intimidated and pressurized into going ahead with treatment. Kept trying to push finance – which was irrelevant, given inflated costs. Received non-stop calls/voice messages trying to persuade me to proceed – just won’t take no for an answer.
Would not recommend this clinic – very hard sell (staff on commission). They have left me feeling quite upset and even put me off going elsewhere for my treatment.

Visited today for an emergency dental…

Visited today for an emergency dental appointment which was fully explained on booking. I drove an hour to attend the appointment, when I went into the the room the person examining me did not know why I was there, I am confident that she was not a dentist as she kept asking the dental nurse what she should do. I had no confidence in the treatment and left immediately. Disappointing experience, left in more pain than I was in before the appointment.

Amazing service

Could not recommend the Maidstone guys highly enough.

From the first contact I had with Tooth Club Maidstone to my treatment today everything was first class.

I enquired online 10 days ago and within minutes was booked in for a consultation the next day. When I went to speak with Debbie I explained that I was going away in less than 2 weeks and ideally would love to have it done before I go. She explained that there were no appointments for the next few weeks but she would see what she could do. Within 24 hours they had rearranged plans and managed to get a dentist to come in on a bank holiday to make sure my work got done in time. My treatment was done today and I can't speak highly enough of the dental team who looked after me. Amazing team from reception, management, hygienist and dental guys.
