Well, after being told about this website by a friend and how they had said that toots' boots is company that specializes in customizing classic football boots such as Copa Mundial's and world cups. To which they over the past few years has ordered 4-5 pairs from here and swore by them.

So, I ordered myself a pair of Adidas World Cups (short tongue, blacked out upper and black studs) along with a set of gold studs too. To which the total came to £176.98, which is a lot of money but worth it in the long run for a pair of quality football boots.

So, after ordering in late August (27/08/25) I had seen advertised a 4-6 week wait time, which I was prepared to wait as I didn't need them immediately.
But after around 6.5 weeks and hearing nothing about Royal Mail shipping number/tracking etc, I emailed them which to be fair they replied relatively quickly although in not much detail but sufficient enough to answer my questions.

Then after another week, (around 7 weeks since ordering) I asked about when they would be shipped, to which they told me another week but provided me with a Royal Mail tracking number. Then just before they actually did send them to Royal Mail for shipping, they emailed me to check and ask if I had made a mistake when imputing my delivery instructions, as I hadn't included a house number but instead a house name as that's what I have instead. But I thought it was nice of them to double check before sending.

Then on the 27/10/25 they arrived. To which was nervous as I knew if they were wrong then the whole process to send them etc would have probably taken ages. But after opening the box I found my boots presented nicely, also including a pair of toots boots shoe trees and also my gold studs as well. So, after waiting for about 2 months (2 weeks longer than advertised and expected) the feeling of relief that they had arrived and correct was brilliant, as upon first inspection they look perfect.

So, to conclude as long as you're prepared to wait (quite a long time) in my experience, they will come and when they do it'll be worth the wait but just be patient and trust the process.

Awful service & communication. My boots arrived at Tootsboots, but then went missing. They didn't send replacement or refund for service & boots that are lost. They have now resorted to blanking my messages. £200 down the drain! Horrendous!

Great boot and they look great at first but after 5/6 games the stripes at the side are starting to lose their colour and aren’t as black as when new. Customer service was atrocious could barely get a reply and when I did it was no more than a few words. Wait time was over two months as well

I ordered a pair of boots, and when they hadn’t been shipped after several months, I requested a refund. Although I was assured I would receive it, I still have not received the refund.

Good quick service

Great communication from start to finish. Was only a tongue strap repair for both boots, but as I live fairly local to TootsBoots, I was able to drop them off to save on the postage, (plus I don't really trust Evri and other parcel companies). My boots were then completed the same day (within 6 hours actually, with photos to prove it!), and I was able to pick them up a day or two later at my convenience. Will be recommending this service to others!

Shocking. Took 10 weeks for them to arrive and then to find out they sent the wrong size. Took another 2 months get a refund and even then the wrong amount. Chased for the remainder but alas no response so unlikely getting a full refund. Do not buy from them

Delivery company left boots next to a bin at front of my house, was stolen nothing got done at all, £160 down the drain

AVOID!!!Boots ordered for an event within the 2-4 weeks delivery time. Boots didn't arrive, emailed to ask when they will be delivered and told they had been dispatched. Courier still haven't received them 1 week later therefore not dispatched! Now 5 weeks since ordered requested refund and had no response. Now requested refund through bank

Good concept for the product and overall quality is okay. But staff were quite rude, condescending & unhelpful when I had a follow up query which I sent via email about the product so I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

Took twice as long as advertised and after 2 uses the blackout has started to run off. Also after the sole conversion, the same stud keeps coming off no matter how much I tighten it

After struggling to locate boot shapers online, I was thrilled to come across Toots Boots. Fantastic product and despite a slight hiccup when sending the wrong product, it was quickly resolved to my delight. 5*

Would have liked a bit more black out product but this is great. I had blue boots and wanted to go old school again. Followed the easy instructions to the letter and the blue is no more. Very satisfying and fun to do actually

The process took a lot longer than advertised and when I chased them they seemed to speed up but they supplied the boots with the Wwrong studs. When I told them that, they didn’t reply or send the correct ones.

Don't use!! I sent a pair of £240 boots to be widened in Dec 2024. The boots were never returned, claiming that Evri has lost them. Evri said any claim needs to go through tootsboots who have offered to pay me £20 in compensation. After paying £17.99 and the cost of the boots I'm now £257.99 out of pocket.
Extremely poor, can not be trusted.

Product Boots was excellent , top quality. Excellent Finish .

The timeline and interaction with Toots Boots was extremely slow , plus I had to chase down when the item was sent , as I got notice boots where sent and they where not !! This took another couple of weeks. I needed boots for tour and they missed the timeline. Just disappointing customer service overall
