Bought a 4080super. Was a little nervous buying off an unknown site, however the price was too competitive to ignore. In my ignorance, i purchased the gpu with a waterblock thinking i could chuck on an air cooler (they don't make third party air coolers anymore) or hook up something straight forward. Really helpful guy explained i needed an entire custom loop and offered to put on an AIO instead. really communicative throughout the process. This will be the first site I check for any future PC purchases.

Bought a RTX 4080 Super at a hugely discounted price! Communication was great, order was packaged well and the water block was installed properly. The graphics card did what it said on the tin so thumbs up from me and will definitely be making future purchases! :)
