Very unprofessional service with constant excuses about why the work was not done and the quality was just not there

SEO optimization was included in the package but my website traffic actually went down after the new site was launched

I deeply regret choosing Topbar Agency. The whole process felt like pulling teeth. They quoted me one price upfront, then started demanding extra fees for basic features we’d already agreed on. On top of that, I was constantly chasing them for updates because they rarely replied to emails. Truly a 0-star experience if I could actually leave one.

I hired Topbar Agency to build my business website, and it was a complete disaster. They missed every single deadline we set, and the final site was buggy, slow, and looked nothing like what we agreed on. Their communication is terrible—they practically stopped responding as soon as they got the payment. It's a total waste of time and money. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
