I originally received the wrong size for my order (ordered a Medium, got a Large). I was worried returning it would be a hassle .
​However, I contacted support and they replied within an hour. They sent out the correct replacement immediately and gave me a prepaid label to return the wrong one.
​Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was professional and fast. The replacement product is perfect. Highly recommended for their honesty.

I ordered some gas cylinders and they were the wrong size from Amazon. I paid £16.99 and had to pay £7 in postage. Firstly they refunded me only £13.99 and then despite me following their instructions for reimbursement of postage they refused to refund it back. Poor company, bad service, will never use them again. Amazon kindly gave me a £10 voucher as an apology. Yet it’s brand online UK that should be taking better care of their customers.

Heb een maand geleden een verkeerde bestelling gekregen bij Ellis. De 'klantenservice' gebeurt via TopBrands. Ik krijg geen deftig antwoord. Ook doen ze zeer moeilijk ivm terugbetaling (lang wachten, verkeerde bedragen). Er is geen interne communicatie.

They stole my personal data for a dubious spammy service, I have been writing to them for days to please remove my details and no reply!!! All I had done was send a potential interest for maybe applying for a role...illegal and illicit!!!

I have used it quite a bit but so far I am enjoying my experience here. The website is quick it doesn't lag...
