I signed up because the website advertised an offer for only 9 SAR. After entering my card details, I later discovered that I had been enrolled in a subscription and was charged much more than I expected.

I contacted customer support and explained that I wanted a full refund. Unfortunately, they only approved a partial refund and refused to reconsider my case, even after I escalated it. While they canceled my subscription to prevent future charges, I was still left paying for charges that I did not intend to make.

In my opinion, the subscription terms were not clear enough during the sign-up process. I encourage anyone considering this website to read all the terms very carefully before entering their card details and to make sure they understand whether they are signing up for a recurring subscription.

This was a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this service based on what happened to me.
