I purchased 2 torqueballs in March 2026 and the product did not live up to all of the hype. So I attempted to contact the salesperson and emailed them regarding a return authorization (RA) - no response on either front. It was a satisfaction guarantee clause stated with a full refund, so I packed the product via UPS and returned them. Today, I was informed by UPS that the customer REFUSED to accept product. I have since called and only received voicemail. Please don’t be a fool like me and fall for this SCAM! The product is useless, the customer support is ruthless and non- responsive and I am robbed of hundreds of dollars!!!!

Ich habe mehrere E-Mails an Torqueball geschrieben, dass ich die Bälle zurücksenden möchte und um Rücksendedetails gebeten. Keine Anwort erhalten!!!!!! Nun sitze ich auf diesen Bällen und das Geld ist weg. Ich kann nur raten - Finger weg von diesem Anbieter

Doesn’t work. I tried to contact the company to return it three times. Each time I received an email saying they would respond in two days. I never received a response. When I bought it, the promotion said I could return it for 90 days. That was changed to 30 days without notice. T took three weeks to receive the product. This is a Facebook scam

At 84years of age I have generalised osteo-arthritis particularly in my thumbs and wrists. Plus concerns of mild short term loss of people’s names. The TorqueBall sounds like my answer to reversing this concern.

This item is something that should help with memory and hand flexibility. I can tell you more once I have them in my hands and using it.

Reading the reviews and testimonials really helped me to make my decision. I have tried a torque ball in the past, but it was powered by a wind up piece of string and didn't last very ling, so I believe this will be extremely helpful.

The entry of my credit card number was a challenge as it kept changing the numbers of my credit card to ones Ive never seen but ended up having to use one that I didn't want to use. All is well, I hope, as you charged my account and I expect delivery any day now!

I read the information about this item and it fits the bill. I am 81 and noticed my memory isn’t as good as it used to be plus I have developed a shaky hand. I hope this helps the hand and my memory
