Process is studied to perfection
From getting the profile correctly to applying to jobs the process is studied very well and it makes it easy for each step of it.

Excellent app! It's incredibly smooth and very accurate at scanning CVs (perfectly identifying projects, positions, and timelines).

I especially appreciate the comparative question system that matches the job description to your profile, the job placement assessment, and how clear the final profile looks.

My only constructive criticism is that I would give the UI a more modern touch to make it even more appealing, although I understand its understated and classic style. Great job, congratulations!

We've had a positive experience using Torre.ai for our recruitment process at Fynix Project.

The platform was straightforward to use, easy to navigate, and helped us attract a good number of applicants for our role. We've already shortlisted candidates and have interviews underway, so it's been a useful tool in helping us reach potential applicants.

As we're still in the middle of the recruitment process, it's a little early to judge the final outcome, but based on our experience so far, I would happily use Torre.ai again for future hiring.

How many clicks does it take to get to Failure... yeah.. and then they emailed me over and over to get feedback.. So, you screwed up this engagement AND you want to HELP YOUR FOR FREE when you raised 20MM!

UPDATE: There's a request HERE to get help. I DID THAT.. over and over and it KEPT EMAILING as a BOT, NO real assistance.. I'm a CTO who builds AAA level product - I know DYSFUNCTION when I see it. And then you just SPAMMED THIS REVIEW.

You're NOT a product, and the "PRODUCT" you have, is the about the WORST possible - it's like you went out, copied iCims/Brass Ring/WorkaDay - the widely known WORST of Legacy HR, and then added AI to the name. HOW many click click clicks to Submit? THEN you asked me to DO YOUR WORK for you.. You raised 15-20 Million.. and made THIS? WOW. It's called DUMB MONEY. Whoever invested in you.. is IDK, NOT smart. Where's your QA? Who approved this? Where's your MARKET research??

Hard no.

Torre.ai is superior to similar platforms I've used. From their informative and helpful AI Agent (it actually uploaded my LinkedIn profile for me), to the intuitive UI to the generous free tier (which I used) that generated real and actionable leads, the platform is a game changer.

In less than a week, I filled two job openings with qualified, skilled, experienced and compatible (based on sophisticated AI algorithmic criteria) candidates for my startup.

I'll definitely be recommending Torre.ai and using it again whenever the need arises.

I have only used LinkedIn and have over time despised their job posting practices. I am grateful that someone on LinkedIn saw my post ISO another job posting option and suggested Torre. WE have been using Torre for 6 months and are so please with how many great candidates respond. So happy to have a new partner to build our team. I am seeking a recruitment process that values human oversight, where a qualified recruiter takes the time to actually read my resume and assess my background. Because of this lack of a personal touch and the reliance on opaque algorithmic filtering, I no longer feel comfortable applying to platforms like this. I hope this feedback encourages the team to implement more meaningful, human-centered recruitment practices.
