Really quick service. I sent a copy of my prescription and the glasses are perfect, exactly what I wanted for a good price.

Tortoise and Black website is very easy to use particularly if you have tried a selection of glasses before ordering and you know the size and style you require.
I ordered frames only.
Everything went very smoothly and the glasses were delivered on time. I am extremely pleased with them.

I ordered Prada WZ19 and I use prescription. I got my glasses within 10 days with tracked delivery so it was all safe. I was really scared about using prescription but specks are actually perfect. I want to wear my glasses all the time now because of that. Glasses came in a Prada box, packed in a carboard box which was very safe in the travel. All an All awesome. the only thing which I noticed was different from other side I ordered the same Prada glasses as a gift, was a sunglasses cover/sachet. I received that from a different website with the glasses and obviously big box is not great for small bags so it's just useful to have something like that but I assume each shop is different.

Ray-ban glasses bought at a good price came in branded case and all good. Quality of the lenses in the frame is not high spec but are again branded.
