Efficient and professional

Arrived quickly, UK based, packaged well. Plus I loved the glasses.

I was sceptical to order as I had never heard of the company, there were limited reviews and not a big social media presence. My prescription is very high too. When I found the glasses I loved, I sent my prescription over and bought them online. I received an email a few days later requesting my ‘pupillary distance’ as they couldn’t estimate it due to a high prescription. They quickly responded after I sent that over, and that was that. After a week or so, my glasses arrived and they are absolutely spot on. The exact quality you’d expect from a typical large chain store, not from a relatively unheard of online business. Im really pleased with my glasses and I finally actually enjoy wearing glasses everyday! In future, I’ll definitely be browsing here for more glasses!

Great experience (again) from Tortoise & Black. Just received my 3rd pair of new varifocals from them and they are perfect. I'm not sure how they manage to get varifocals right every time from a photo but they do! Super helpful team regarding home trial service.
