Very disappointed with our recent experience. Tossware changed the rim size of their cups without any clear notice, which caused a major issue for us during a large event.

The lids we had previously purchased no longer fit, leaving us with a large amount of unusable inventory that we cannot return. This put us in a very difficult position in front of our customers and resulted in a financial loss for our business.

We reached out to customer service, but no meaningful solution or support was offered. As a small business, this was extremely frustrating and avoidable with better communication.

I expected much better from Tossware.

I said ex employee seeing people who are they supposed to be Customer quality control service or in revise control service off all they treat people like servants they scream 98% of them don’t have papers in the 20% that they do what they do their gangsters and they grew up with fathers knowing to obey not knowing the right. Everything is submissive once they’re you’re out they blame you for everything you’re constantly hearing we can let people off. We can let people off. They don’t directly tell you by you now intimidating you you go sleeping thinking am I gonna be the next? Yes, this is not the company with the customer service. This is the power management that they have. They read your rights of protocols when they supposed to be showing you videos and making sure you understand the videos and making you the test knowing the protocols inside the company please somebody read this and let people know. We are getting blackmailed constantly think of missive because we might lose our job tomorrow. They’ll take a day off making us think we’re not coming back but then they’ll call us please somebody do something about it human resources.

I have had a very positive experience with Tossware. Their products are great, and their customer service is top notch. About 18 months ago we hosted a big summer party at our new home. We hired a bartender, caterer, live band and a photographer. We wanted drinkware that felt was special. We were a little hesitant to use Tossware because of the price, but when the cups and glasses arrived, we were very pleased. Many guests commented on them and asked where we found them. This past Christmas we hosted another large party. We ordered Tossware again. We thought we allowed enough time. Unfortunately, a week before the party, our order still had not shipped. I was disappointed, but I cannot fault a company for being busy. I sent a message on Sunday and followed up with an email Monday morning. I received an immediate reply that their customer service had already received my Sunday message, and by Tuesday I received a full refund. THAT is exactly how a company should respond. I'm sorry we couldn't do business this year, but I promise we will still use them again for the next party.

Got the set of 24 - 9 oz champagne glass for NYE party. They look great! Shipping was speedy. Customer service was outstanding. I forgot to apply my discount code and they refunded immediately! Highly recommend!

I bought tossware cups as disposable cocktail cups for my outdoor wedding. Granted it was 105 degrees but the cups completely melted and warped before the wedding even started and they were in the shade. My father in law had to run to the store to get new cups during the reception.

Honestly, their products are great. But their customer service went down the drain big time. I've been a customer for about 2 years and in that time have probably spent over $15k on Tossware cups (as well as referred countless customers).

In the beginning, my rep was incredible (shoutout to Joy!) and they offered a truly white glove service with their wholesale program.

But as time went on, I was assigned a new rep, prices went up, fee are constantly tacked on, they became less accommodating, overall service has degraded and they almost make me feel like they don't want my business.

Sad to see this happen to a company I used to love.
