Super super super tevreden!
Op maandag besteld en woensdag middag in huis! Super blij met mijn bestelling!! Nergens te krijgen, alleen in Thailand en toch kunnen krijgen via Totaalbeauty. Ik zag dezelfde dag dat ik het verkeerde huisnummer had genoteerd. In de avond het bedrijf benaderd en binnen een uur een reactie dat het in orde werd gemaakt.

I am giving 1 star because I can’t give them less. They clearly state that their orders normally deliver 3 to 5 business days , but that’s a lie . I made my order over two weeks know and I can’t even track my order. So unprofessional. They don’t even respond to the emails. It’s a shame. I don’t recommend buying anything from them.

I ordered for the first time but…
I ordered for the first time but unfortunately, my order did not arrive as expected. But when I reported that I haven't received my order, they replied to inform that they will send me back the full refund. After 2 days, I got my refund. I just hope this site will continue to take responsibility to respond to customers who experience the same. Thank you for the quick solutions.
