Thank you to Scott he came today as I have just brought a new business. He has been fantastic! He’s sorted my gas, electricity, water and waste. I had an electric meter that was not working he’s arranged to have it all re connected.

All the stress of moving in a new premises lifted.

Scott came into our business to discuss our energy and offered a free bill validation to ensure everything was correct and I didn't have any hidden charges. It turns out I have been put into a 4 year contract I thought I'd signed a 2 year agreement! Even though he couldn't do anything today he left his card and said if I have any issues moving forward with bills etc to call him and he will help where he can.

What a pleasant young man, he left his card for me to contact him should i have issues and a couple for me to pass on to other businesses should they need help.

It's a refreshing change to have someone come into the business wothout the hardsell tactics who's willing to help even though he's getting nothing from it.

Tracy and Scott called into my pub for a refreshment on a hot day, we got talking and I discovered they can save me wuite a large amount on my electricity bills without even needing to change my supplier.
Signed up today and looking forward to the savings.

I signed a contract for new electricity supply earlier this month to our new building in Berwick upon Tweed. I was advised that BGS would arrange for meter to be installed to new premises and, in fairness, an initial date of mid July was set. However, this had to be cancelled as Scottish Power had not laid appropriate cables.
In the last 8 days I have tried to contact BGS by phone and email with nobody responding at any time. Even the general phone number on website is not answered!
Our premises need a new meter asap as we are working without electricity to the site with exception of 1 extension from our neighbours.

Scott came in to see us to try and arrange a new energy contract unfortunately we have just taken over the business so have just signed a new 24 month agreement. He left his card so will contact him when I cam change.

Tracy & Scott called in today and discussed contract options for the gas and electric. Unfortunately they were unable to do anything with our current contracts due to the length of time left on our existing contracts, but we will be using this company going forward. They found anomalies on the bills which they will be sorting, and gave us in depth detail of prices etc. looking forward to working with them in the near future.

Scott came in to our business and conducted a review on our bills back in April. He identified savings straight away and even managed to claim some of the VAT back as we live above our business.

I have waited to do a review as I wanted to see what the new bills came in at and they have been a lot lower as promised allowing us to put that money back into the business.
