Saves countless hours with paperwork.
Tech support is very fast if needed with excellent results.
Have tried the other apps alongside TD before deciding Total Drive was better hands down for value, ease of use, reliability, and professionalism.

This app is so easy to use, keep track of my diary, pupil progress and payments. I also love some of the extra bolt ons, like Theory Test Pro at a reduced rate, and the free fuel card. I highly recommend it to any driving instructor

Keeps my diary upto date, easy to use. I find the reminders invaluable. Would definitely recommend.

I am using total drive for over a year it makes my work so much easier also learners find the app very useful. Last minute cancellation can be easier booked.

Excellent app, saves time on endless paperwork & chasing payments.

I have used Total Drive for 4 years now and find it very useful to keep everything in the one place for my business. It is relatively easy to navigate and if there are any problems, the team at Total Drive iron them out very quickly. They have recently added MTD to Total Drive which is a great benefit.

I’ve been using total drive for a few years now and highly recommend them! The app is fantastic and saves a lot of time on admin. The learners app is equally as good for the learner drivers

Tried other apps , and this one is the best , great support and updates, would like some day for it to connect to google maps and start navigation for my next pupil, then it would be perfect, maybe not possible, would highly recommend.

I've relied on Total Drive for many years as an ADI, I found them very approachable and quick to respond to any query. I liked the layout, the ability for students to pay through the app and the simplicity of all the functions offered.

Couldn't run my business with out it.

I like that everything is all in one app. It's mostly easy to use. Tech support is amazingly quick to respond and fix

I've seen that it's just updated to a slightly different format. I don't like that Northern Ireland manoeuvres are included in the test report bit, which are irrelevant to me in England (and ours would be irrelevant to them)... could we select area?

I would also love it if you could put more than one address on the "home page" of the student as a standard. Would make it so much easier to link to maps than currently. Many students are from split families, or at college some weeks and home others.

I find the app to be very efficient and useful, it also saves me so much time in my working day. My clients also like the app to see lesson plans, progress and credit. The gap facility is also really useful and has generated extra work on occasions. I have found the app to be a little laggy in the past and does have times when it just freezes and doesn't work so well. But in recent months I have found this to be less of an issue.

What an amazing app controls both diaries and finances and also generates extra income by offering lesson gaps when a student has cancelled or I have a gap available it prompt students to book. I genuinely couldn’t do the job as easy without the app.

Great app that helps me sort out my diary from new customers to active customers. It’s also great for my finance records and has loads of other benefits too. My students love using it to as it helps them achieve their goals.

Great app, easy to work with and my pupils love it

As an instructor, I have been using TotalDrive for my business for 5 years now. It does everything from managing my diary, my accounts, pupils records of progress and payments and takes card payments for me.
I would never do this job without it.
On the rare occasion there are issues with the app, TotalDrive support is second to none. It's fixed in no time.
I wouldn't use a different app for my business.

The simplicity of use, students really engage with the App too and think it’s really cool! From a business perspective, it’s well priced and allows a selection of features based on personal preference and requirements. The staff are excellent and always get back to you if any questions or queries too. It makes running my business much easier, I’ve used it for around 6/7 years and would be lost without it.
