Excellent service. Steve at TMS was super helpful and made a stressful big international move very smooth. The tips and support I got was fantastic. The price was reasonable a d worth every penny. Every single person I dealt at TMS, as well as the guys picking up my things and the ones who delivered all at my new place were professional, fast and very nice. I felt very well taken care of and I would definitely recommend TMS to anyone planning a move.

I had my things shipped from the UK to the USA and was honestly nervous after my parents had an awful experience with a different company years ago.
The team here were transparent, knowledgeable, and professional. Packers came and made an invoice of my things from a storage unit and everything was at my destination about 3 months later (longer than the usual due to the tariffs in the US), but I didn't mind waiting.

The whole team are brilliant, really great company, and I was very happy to put my trust in them. If anyone is unsure of which company to go with- go with Total Moving Solutions Ltd. Christian and the team won't let you down. They'll keep you updated every step of the way. ☺️

I used Total Moving Solutions from my move from Scotland to Paris. My assigned move manager Mike Goodwin was extremely efficient and helpful in making sure that everything went well, and managed to schedule collection and delivery when it was most convenient for me.

Communication and responsiveness was excellent. The whole move from UK to Australia was completed successfully with the minimum of stress. I would highly recommend this company.

I can only recommend TMS. Mike was super helpful in guiding us through the whole process, paying attention to all tiny details (ie., ensuring drivers would call us ahead of arriving). The pricing was transparent, and he was even able to accommodate storage of our things ahead of our arrival to the UK. Great service, would recommend!

Do Not Use them!!!
Moving van did not show up on moving day. They did not even let me know they were not coming. I called them and they (James) flippantly said “ oh yeah we can’t come it will be a couple more days”!!!! On completion day!! There’s lots more but I won’t go on, just BEWARE OF THIS SHITTY COMPANY!

TMS was not the cheapest offer, but after having talked to them I realized they would be the most reliable and professional (and they didn’t prove me wrong). Mike made the whole thing seamless, was always very quick to respond and made sure to check how things were going at every stage. I was in good hands :-)

This is the second time that we used Total Moving Solutions (TMS) for my relocation across continents, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Relocating can be incredibly overwhelming, but James and Melissa made the entire process flawless. From our first inquiry, they were exceptionally communicative, promptly answering every call / whasapp and emails even though they were on holiday / travelling. They checked in frequently throughout the move, ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. If you want a stress-free relocation, I cannot recommend this duo enough. Mike was always approachable and ready to answer any questions. We were moving from Ireland to England, so there were many problems, but he never let us down.

Thank you Total Moving Solutions for making our move from Peterborough to Arizona flawless. The communication from the start was outstanding and we are pleased to report that, for the first time in over 16 international moves, there was zero damage and no items were missing.

This is our third move with TMS, two of which were international. With them I know I’m in good hands. Christian is professional, friendly, reassuring and patient with my various queries and several changes - just what you need when you’re frazzled with packing and moving logistics.

The service I had has been awful from start to finish. I’ve had a broken new Samsung smart tv, scuffed new tall boy , nothing handled with care. Approximately 40 x wham crystal boxes smashed and a lot were broken in front of me with the careless removal staff. I was treated like dirt by the staff after being bereaved. The priority items didn’t fit . They underestimated the size needed for items then tried say they didn’t. The lovely Christian soon turned nasty when I had further issues with the removal. He said the whole thing is a nightmare and told me I was a nightmare (having just been bereaved) because I called about the broken items. There was no empathy, nothing,
They are money hungry and don’t care about the person. They lied about contacting the removal company about the broken items and accused me of bribery when I wouldn’t accept their joke of compensation. It was an awful experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I have kept every email as evidence if anybody would like to see.
I have also been accused of bribery which I obviously didn’t and they told me they would write that If I left a truthful review. I said I wouldn’t accept £150 to be silent and that I would expect at least £1500 to feel my issues were taken seriously. I have evidence of this also.
