Très mauvaise expérience, jai reçu une commande Périmé et malgré mes 4 Mails et plusieurs appels je n'ai pas de retour du patron, jai pourtant envoyé les photos des produits en question mais silence radio, gros manque de respect et loin d'être professionnel, j'attends toujours un remboursement pour des produits inutilisable, a fuire...

J'aurais aimé mettre 0 étoile.
Service client "en vacance" aucune réponse pendant 1 mois, on me propose de renvoyer le produit sauf que quand tu n'as pas de reponse pendant un mois forcément tu te dis que cest mort donc tu te contente de ce que tu as.
On me propose un code promo de 20e sur le site pour j'imagine inciter a commander, j'en ai aucunement envie.
Un autre mail renvoyé depuis 2 semaines ils doivent être encore en vacance je pense profitez bien !
N'achetez pas la bas, description et image sur le site non conforme au produit reçu au final.

My order hasn’t arrived and they don’t respond to emails?

Placed an order on 28/03 and paid the express I had an estimated delivery of 02/04-04/04.
I’ve had no email to say it’s been shipped I’ve sent two emails and contacted them on instagram to which I’ve had no response.

I’ve asked for a refund as I’m not having any responses, awful customer service and still don’t have my order or a refund or just any general communication from the company

Still haven’t received my order which I placed 3 weeks ago.

Tried to contact them by email and instagram and not heard anything

Now requesting a full refund

Got the products eventually but very bad at communicating. Didn't let me know the products were on the way or answering my query emails. Only email I got was to tell me the products had been delivered!!! No phone number either, very frustrating.

I made an order at the start of November which I have not received. I have contacted the company via email and have had no response as well as Instagram. Poor customer service actually no customer service at all just radio silence.

Slow delivery, no updates. Half of the stuff I wanted wasn’t in stock and no real idea when it would be back in stock

Whey protein- Chocolate brownie

My order arrived really fast which was lovely. The taste is great but I don’t think it’s the right flavour? The tub says chocolate brownie but the powder contents tastes like vanilla. Not sure if there was a mix up?
