I ordered 46 bags. Several types. They were gorgeous and I would have been thrilled with them, but they all smelled strongly of mildew. I had to return them and waiting for a refund. So disappointed. Afraid to try again, since my oder included at least 5 different types and some were in plastic bags.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bags I purchased were to apply rhinestone transfers and couldn’t be done without the bag melting. The product description does not say that the bags melt over 275 degrees. They will not give me a full refund when I couldn’t use the bags for the intended purpose because of the bag quality and low temperature melting point. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied that customer service is not trying to make this right. I will never purchase another order based on this experience as a first time customer.

I placed an order for tote bags and the day they were supposed to be delivered received a UPS tracking update that the package was damaged and nothing was in the box. They indicated they would be notifying the vendor. I needed the items right away for a project so phoned customer service thinking they would more than gladly immediately reship the items since they had this information from UPS. Called several times requesting a call back, no one would return my call. Was finally told I needed to submit a claim form. Did this and then started receiving multiple emails to let me know they received my request for a quote and I could click on the link to place the order. Not sure why they would think I would pay again for items never received. Responded to the email asking for a call to resolve. No call, but a supposed customer service supervisor responded and said they were making an exception to their refund policy and issuing a refund. Ummm…What??? An exception to your policy?? You have the info from UPS that I didn’t receive my merchandise! It would have been nice if they could have been bothered to take a minute to call and just reship my order. glad I found out how their customer service is (or lack thereof) before ordering more from them. Super frustrating experience. Will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered one bag, because I wanted to make sure that I received it and that the material wasn’t too thin. I must say I LOVE THE BAG!! I’ve ordered a few more and I will order again!!

Good quality. Arrived on time.

Bags were very good quality, I just ordered the wrong size. Returned them for a store credit to use toward the correct size bags. After 1 week of hearing nothing about my return, I contacted customer service and still got nothing. I am on tight time line, so had to reorder the bags without using the store credit. Customer service could definitely be better!
