Not sure how my information got on the page but I didn't subscribe to it. I would like to get my money back.

I have no idea what this company is. I just started being charged. And I keep receiving emails from them saying that I have to post a review in order to receive a refund. Complete scam.

They have good products, but unfortunately, they just kept showing as out of stock for me, and I couldn't buy anything.

After a very misleading ad they said my account will be canceled and cc credited. Hopefully they are being truthful.

I never signed up for any membership an wanted money put back on my card as I have no use for that store an I get told it's non refundable.

I had to email back because they misunderstood my first communication. I never subscribed and it takes reoccurring payments without ever signing up for it. They state they will compensate after a review for a refund once it’s completed

I didn’t realize it was a subscription that charged you every two weeks. Also I thought the item I originally ordered was going to be delivered but instead I was just charged multiple times before I figured out what website to go to and try to get charges postponed and/or cancelled. Upon looking into the website I was trying to purchase items with the credits I had, however all items I was interested in were out of stock. I eventually reached out to customer service for help and still awaiting the resolution they promised in the email.

So i ordered the hair elixir serum and the collagen, we'll when I received my order, the hair serum bottle was complete busted with no product in it left. So I wrote spoiled child an email explaining the problem, because for$118. I want all my products. Anyways there was some confusion about replacing it, but it all worked out great in the end, because Eugene from the escalation team did a fantasy job fixing the problem and making sure i was happy and pleased with everything. So shout out to "Eugene" thank you again for taking care of this situation!
