No service or help
We have just returned from a week in martinhal in Portugal which we booked through Tots Too. We went with our 3 year old and 4 month old, our first family holiday the four of us. We spent a long time on deciding which villa we wanted and decided on villa 32 as we were close to the facilities and we could all sleep on the same level. We had this in writing and booking confirmation from Tots Too. When we arrived at the resort they were not aware we had booked villa 32 as there had been no communication from Tots Too to confirm this. We had to stay in a different villa for the first night which was on the outskirts of the resort and bedrooms were on different levels which I really didn't want as I had to be separated from the children. We couldn't unpack our things as we had to repack in order to move the next day. This meant we missed a day of our holiday by the time we checked in to the correct villa the next day.
The lady who booked our holiday (Naz) had got several details wrong in our booking prior to this, including the dates and was generally very unhelpful.
We have booked with other family travel companies before who have been fantastic, but it just seemed as soon as Tots too received our payment they didn't want to help. We got no further emails from them or help. My husband even rang them to sort out the seats for the flight and the lady said we had to sort it out ourselves! There was just no service. I expected more after paying thousands for our first family holiday just the four of us. We won't be using Tots Too again.

As discussed in our mutual correspondence, we requested Villa 32 for your stay at the Martinhal but specific villas are subject to availability. We do however understand that it was implied during the booking process that Villa 32 would be guaranteed. You contacted us on day two of your stay to advise that you had not been allocated Villa 32. We immediately contacted the Martinhal and ensured you were moved to Villa 32 that same day, apologising for any misunderstanding.
We are sorry that you were disappointed with the service you received after your booking was confirmed. At Tots Too we pride ourselves on delivering a family-friendly concierge service and offer pre-booked airline seats as well as babysitting, restaurants, family activities and pre-ordering of baby items. We take all complaints very seriously and will be reviewing our processes to understand why our usual service was not delivered on this occasion.
Once again, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

Great experience
I was uncertain where we should go with a newborn and I found dealing with the sales team both informative and easy, It has been the first time I have not booked myself and really glad that I did.

Really Good!
Used tots too to book an up coming holiday with our 3 year old daughter. They were very helpful and efficient in responding to queries and e-mails. We managed to book the holiday at a competitive price within a few days and we are very much looking forward to it.
