We’d like to clarify a couple of points.

Participants are only ever removed from sessions where chat activity becomes disruptive to the wider group. While questions and different viewpoints are always welcome, we do have guidelines in place to ensure everyone can learn in a focused and respectful environment. Not every part of a session will resonate with everyone, but it’s important that the experience remains constructive for all attendees.

In terms of the broader comments, our sessions are educational. We do introduce optional paid programmes for those who want more structured support, and this is communicated transparently throughout. There is no obligation to continue, and many attendees simply take value from the training itself.

We remain committed to maintaining a clear, respectful, and valuable learning environment for everyone who joins us.
