Biggest scam of them all. Advertising knitted sweaters and hoodies only to receive 3D printed canvas. I asked to return my items for a refund, they denied and only offered a 30% discount on a purchase.

Terrible!!!!! I am so pissed off right now. I was so excited to get this knitted cardigan that I paid $40 for plus $10 shipping. I expected something great for that damn price. It came and it is the most horrible fabric, China, Temu looking thing ever seen. Its not even comfortable what so ever !!! Uhg I am so pissed. Do not buy here. They are scammers clearly. I wrote about a refund but I highly doubt I'll get an answer. Im turning this website in and hopefully they get shut down! Save your money!!!!!

I ordered a sweater that im the description it says knitted. Also it is 3D and appears to be made of yarn. It is distressed and yarn is literally hanging off. Thats what I wanted. The item that arrived is a thin small sweatshirt that is a picture of the sweater. Major false advertisement. Send an email requesting a refund. Now we wait...

Ordered a zip up hoodie and tshirt. Cost me $65. It took almost a month to receive. I was VERY disappointed when I received my items. Can't even describe the fabric. Kinda like under armour meets plastic. I thought at that price point it would at least been 50/50 blend. Nope.

Big scam there's no relation between what you order and what you finally get.

100% with K Rose. The merchandise is pitiful. They show you a nice photo, but bait and switch. It's not a cotton-blend, it's 100% polyester with horrible printing on a smelly, stiff, shiny garment. I wouldn't wear this if I was sitting around home by myself, let alone in public. Disgusting. Don't give these scammers your money. They don't even deserve one star. I wish I could give them NONE!

Product received was a poor imitation of what was ordered. The t-shirt was advertised as a 100% cotton blend, what was received was a polyester blend...similar to a workout shirt. Instead of a cool band T-shirt (twenty-one pilots), we received a tacky wannabe. Not the bands fault! Oddly, the website seems to be an American company, but then we received a shipping notification that it was coming from China. Certainly the shipping time was slow enough for it to come from China, but the packaging was from Continental US. When we requested a refund, they have made excuses...no refund.

I placed an order on November 11, 2024 and it never arrived. Took 10 days for them to ship it from China and another 10 days to arrive in the US. After moving from facility to facility, there were no updates since December 5th. I emailed them a week before Christmas and I was told to wait 4-5 more days, but according to the USPS the item didn’t have the proper postage applied, so they weren’t going to deliver it. I emailed them again and asked for a refund, but they offered to ship a replacement order. Told them no I’d like a refund and now we’re just emailing back-and-forth with one response per day.
