Ordered a rowing machine. Paid £8.99 for expedited delivery. After 7 days and no delivery I contacted via their website chat & email. They told me the colour I ordered was not available, would I have another colour. I said yes and they said they would “expedite the shipment right away”. 3 days later, no delivery notification. So I emailed them again. To be fair, they did refund the £8.99 expedited delivery charge. This time they said the item was just going through customs clearance, so not sent right away after all. I contacted them again a few days later and the item was still in customs clearance and delivery would be “soon”. I asked them to give an actual date instead of “soon” . After being ignored for several further messages I told them I wanted a refund, every day for 6 days. Including several times via paypal appeal process. Which they ignored. Now I have got a tracking number for a delivery that I have already repeatedly requested a refund for. After getting the tracking number I have again told them repeatedly not to deliver, via email and via paypal. Again I have been ignored. So I am now expecting delivery of something I do not want. This saga is to be continued… recommendation is avoid at costs.

Tousains UK is not a UK based company. They are chinese and deliver is therefore woeful. I waited 6 weeks for the Hivegyms and 3 months for the suction cups which are useful. I've also heard every excuse under the sun as to why they are late.

I'm now going to my credit card compnay to get a refund on the suction cups

My box arrived looking like it went through a war and a few plastic parts were shattered. I emailed them photos, and they actually analyzed exactly what broke and shipped me a full replacement set for free within 24 hours. No hassle, no arguing. Best customer service I've dealt with in a long time.

Took me maybe 20 mins to assemble? Very straightforward. The resistance is smooth, feels just like the machines at my old gym but costs way less. Good buy.

Bought mini elliptical machine for my husband. He said he would try it because of the 30 day return policy. He couldn't use it so I contacted them to authorize a return. Took almost a week to get a response. They offered me a partial refund and said I could keep the product. What am I supposed to do with it? I want a full refund and I will return the machine.

I am super pissed off. I bought two HiveGyms during the Kickstarter campaign, and I thought I would never have to buy any more dumbbells. One of the HiveGyms immediately stopped charging, so it was unusable. I contacted the company. They were very unresponsive. Finally, they told me they'd send me another one once they figured out the tariff situation. Then my other HiveGym stopped retracting, rendering it unusable. I contacted the company again requesting a refund for both immediately and never heard back. Basically, I've wasted $400, and I'm furious. Never again!

Bought this elliptical for my 70-year-old mom. She loves the gentle motion and simple controls. Only wish the resistance went a little higher.

Supported their kickstarter campaign for the ´Hive Gym´ but after the project got funded there are no more updates and the timeline they presented is already passing deadlines without any news. Very unprofessional and looks like i just lost my money. Hope they see this and prove they are not scammers...
