I would never recommend this loan company. Fort payne Alabama office are horrible rude and harassment at its finest.

Nothing about this experience was satisfactory. I talked to 2 different people male and female. I felt rushed, essentially it felt like neither person really wanted to talk to me. I was not informed about a fee when setting up auto pay. Very dissatisfied. Will not do any kind of business with this company again

As far as the recurring payment fee, a third party company charges the fee to make debit or ACH payments.
