The office manager Christy is heaven…
The office manager Christy is heaven sent. I applied over the phone and she heard one of her employees say my loan had been denied. She said my name sounded familiar and knew it had to be a mistake. Moments later Christy called me and asked if I had my credit frozen. I replied, Yes. I unfroze and my loan was approved. Christy knew my name from a previous loan, and she knew all of my payments on time. I'm so grateful for Christy. She's an amazing and really sweet lady.
