Sophie had excellent customer service skills, very knowledgeable, informative, have eye contact, didnt rush through the process and very patient. She's definitely an asset to the San Antonio location , Jordanton hwy . ( If I'm correct) It's the location near Lackland AFB

An Intentional Mistake!!!
I was told what my payment would be and for how many months, I agreed, signed the paperwork, was given my folder where the girl wrote 48 months and payment of 276.00 on the folder, got home and was going to put away my paperwork when I happened to see the sheet that showed I had signed for 36 months with a payment of 322.00 a month, I called the office and was told by supposedly the manager that "It is what it is" using different excuses but refusing to correct the mistake
