Honestly one of the best tweaking utilities I’ve used. I’m actually surprised by how much is included in one app. I’ve bought other tweaks before and it’s usually like $20 for a BIOS tuner, $30 for a chipset tuner, $15 for a network tuner, etc. This literally has all of those tools built in, plus a bunch of other stuff. Definitely worth it imo.

Sorry you had this experience. We take issues like this seriously, but the claims in this review don't match what we found when troubleshooting your setup.
We offered to help identify what was causing the crashes and explained that the crashes weren't being caused by the tweaks based on the information available to us. We also never ask customers to factory reset their PCs as a way to avoid investigating an issue.
If you still have the issue, please reach out to our support team via https://toxtweaks.com/contact with your logs and system details so we can properly look into it rather than leaving you without a solution 🙏

Hey!
Calling the ToX Premium Tweaking Utility “shit tweaks” because you personally didn’t notice a difference doesn’t accurately represent what Premium is.
The ToX Premium Tweaking Utility is built around complete System, Hardware & Game-Specific Optimization, with optimizations covering Windows, CPU, GPU, RAM, latency, networking and gaming performance. It also includes advanced tools and features such as the Network Tweaker, Chipset Tuner, BIOS Optimizer, system configurators and many other unique optimization features.
Regarding the mouse being “messed up”, our Mouse Optimization disables Windows's mouse acceleration. If you have always played with mouse acceleration enabled, your mouse will naturally feel different after applying it. That is an intentional change to input behavior, not your mouse being broken.
A factory reset is also not required for this. Optimizations can be reverted, and our support team can help identify and revert specific changes if you run into an issue.
If you believe a specific tweak caused a problem, send us the details via ticket at discord.gg/toxtweaks and we’ll be happy to look into it properly.

The worst tweaks I ever got not worth getting it’s just stuff that says like turn on dns settings and stuff that you can find for free on YouTube

Resposta da ToX Tweaks
Hey! We’re sorry to hear you feel that way.
Just to clarify, there isn’t a tweak in the Premium Utility that contains the word “DNS”, so we’re not entirely sure which specific tweak or feature you’re referring to.
The Premium Utility includes a wide range of advanced features and optimizations that go beyond basic settings you may find in free YouTube tutorials, including Expert Mode, BIOS Tuner, System Configurators, Chipset Tuner, Network Tweaker, Auto Benchmarking, and many other advanced tweaks.
If you’re having trouble setting up the utility or feel that something isn’t working as expected, we’d be happy to help you personally. Feel free to open a support ticket in our Discord at discord.gg/toxtweaks and we can go through everything with you.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we’d be happy to help resolve any concerns you have.

Hey STAMATIS, thanks for the review.
It really works
Ive spent so much money on tweaks that only make me gain a bit of frames, I then tried tox tweaks and the results genuinely blew my mind, went up 100 frames, my input delay was minimal and my network for a bit better

Hey Gabriel Lau, thanks for the review.
It just destroyed up my pc
I used the free tweaking utility and some of the tweaks ruined my pc, my fortnite i couldnt open it, i seeked helped in the discord but nothing happened they just said it wasnt from them but it was clearly from them, i couldnt revert the changes because the tweak had disabled the internet connection to my windows and it is still like that and i cant restart my computer because of that it is one of the worst experiences that i had with an app like this, i have fixed a major of the problems since then but i wouldnt recommend it, also it did not give me any boost in my fps or ping then i learned that no tweaking app can make you from 30ping to 0 or close to 0 because it cannot be possible due to the location of the fortnite servers i have read before that some of the reviews in the discord which i think are fake i wouldnt recommend it to anybody

Hi,
We have tried to help you with everything, but these issues clearly are not caused by any of our tweaks. All of our free tweaks are open-source, so you can literally check the source code of the Free Utility and see exactly what it changes.
Our tweaks do not "fuck up PCs" or disable your internet connection like you're claiming. And your review contradicts itself. You say the tweak disabled your internet and Fortnite could not open, but then you also claim you tested the game and got no FPS or ping improements. How exactly did you test the game if, according to you, you had no internet connection?
None of our tweaks claim they can magically drop your ping to 0. We have never advertised that, so that part of your review is simply false as well.
As for the reviews in our Discord, they are not fake. You can literally check the Discord and see that they are from actual users who purchased and used our Premium Utility.
If you have an actual issue, we're always willing to help troubleshoot it, but making contradictory claims and blaming the software without checking what was actually changed isn't fair.
Please contact me directly on Discord at @toxtweaks. I'd be happy to investigate your case and help resolve any problems.
