Easy site to use - the product - stuffed bear is delightful and very cute and cuddly

Ordering online was really easy and it was delivered quickly. I ordered the diversity dolls for my kindergarten class and my students love them. I have been looking for dolls like these for ages because I find plastic dolls get dirty looking really quickly. I love these because they are plush and so I can throw them in the wash regularly. I also love that there is a boy doll! It is really difficult to find boy dolls that are cuddly! I love this set because the different skin tones, outfits, hair styles and the fact that there are boys and girls makes this a much more inclusive set for the whole class.

I appreciate not paxing duty tax even though it shipped from the states.

I was almost gunna cancel my order thinking i may have to pay duty tax but after i received my order without having to pay tax i am glad i ordered from you guys. Thankyou.

i have been looking for this specific toy everywhere and i’m so happy that this website had it and it came within 1.5 weeks - which i was very happy about !

Really nice selection of materials and I appreciated the communication around the shipping of my product. Despite careful packaging, I was a little disappointed with the state of the box of my item. The sides were damaged and split...but the actual materials were in solid condition.

Item wasn't properly described and instead of receiving what I thought I ordered, I got 1/24th of what was expected from the picture and description, which means the pricing and way it was depicted was waaay off. They will sell your email address and get you a ton of spam emails. I know it's from them selling it due to the order number being in the spam. I sent the item back for a refund and here we are 3 weeks later after they acknowledged receiving it and still haven't seen my refund. There's a reason they don't allow reviews on any of their social media, because they would be shredded by the bad reviews. They are 100% a scam and under deliver. I wish there was more that I could do to warn people. Also don't be surprised if you provide a credit card if it gets scammed afterwards, I had multiple purchases that are attempted to go through and a couple that went through and had to cancel my credit card afterwards. I am 99.9% sure it is from purchasing from this site. Everything else that I was purchasing with this card is auto payment and has never been a problem in the past.

I was sceptical about this site due to the bad reviews saying it was a scam but ended up ordering anyway as I didn’t want to disappoint my son at Christmas as I’m sure many parents didn’t. I can now honestly report this is scam.

They don’t actually hold any stock of toys and are just drop shipping from the usual outlets but marking up the price massively. The delivery dates are just for show and there is no actual intention for this to be adhered to. The item I ordered took 4 months and cost me 2.5 times the RRP.

We got what we ordered and it's great! Customer Service is a 10/10

I'm not going to penalize this company for being really slow to deliver because there was a postal strike and I'm not sure if that was part of the issue or not. What I will say is the final product when it arrived here was in great shape, well made and my grandson absolutely loves it. So I can't write a bad review because it's a quality product!!

They displayed a kamigawa neon dynasty draft booster box on sale for $68 on boxing day. Waited 2 months for delivery just for a single pack to arrive. Roughly a 10x mark up on a single pack. They know what they're doing. It's a scam

Shipping took over a month.

Well, this was an interesting lesson for me. I simply wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. I was offered a 10% refund. When I complained, I was offered a full refund. Then, bizarrely, I was notified of product shipment and thanked for my business etc…

Stay clear of this company. I don’t care about the money. I do care that they most definitely do this routinely. I’m tired of wasting my time trying to get the refund and don’t care at this point. Moving on…🤷‍♂️

The toy I ordered was grossly overpriced but they seem to be the only place to order it. I received an email right away and a text but that has been over 9 days ago and I have sent a note for updates with no response. I am beginning to think this is a scam and will contact my credit card company a call to investigate unless I hear back soon. Has anyone else experienced this?

The website was easy to navigate and you had the item I was looking for (that was otherwise hard to find in Canada). Quick shipping!!
