There was nothing wrong with the shop itself, but the delivery took really long and although the product was packed in a big box, it got a bit bruised, but that is not the fault of the shop... Got additional delivery cost refunded, which was fair.

Products are second hand
Edit: Changed it to 3 stars as they refunded me after proving the product I received was damaged.
Ordered the Dark Souls boardgame and it came clearly used and in a very bad shape. Price was as brand new and nowhere was mentioned it was second hand.

I've purchased the Bandai Hobby Mega Size 1/48 Unicorn Gundam [Destroy Mode] Gundam UC Model Kit Figure at the price of 395EUR... I just found today I could have find it at half the price and now even available 90euro in other websites. It feels to me like I got scammed ! however I've received my order in very good shape, very well packaged, it was what I've ordered... i just paid 3 times the price I am very very disappointed now.
