0 Stars. This site is a scam. They are NOT a NZ company, nor do they have an office in NZ. The NZ address on their website is fake.
When I received the shipping details, I realised it was coming from the US and it wasn't going to make it to NZ on time. So I cancelled the order. They told me it had already shipped and I should reject the parcel when it gets delivered. The courier delivered when noone was home, so we were unable to reject. Toys Central now telling me that I need to return to US, AT MY COST, to be able to get a refund.
This is a clear breach of the Fair Trading Act 1986, but I guess if you aren’t a NZ business, you don't care.
They have offered me refund of 25% and I can keep the product. I don't want the product. I had to purchase something else. The ONLY reason I purchased from this company is because it misled me into believing they were based in NZ.

The listed Bakugan products are set at an insane price! You can get the same ones at farmers for $15-$22.99😤 instead ToysCentral sells for $84.99 - $190 . I dont understand, i would love to purchase a few from here too but only if the price was reviewed…

Good quality. Came a little bit later than the expected arrival but all good.

Placed an order on their NZ website believing it to be in the country, a week after no contact I messaged to ask where the order was and if it hadn't been sent to cancel as it was required that week. They responded saying it was being dispatched and not to cancel it, then sent me an email the following day saying it had been dispatched even after I had asked it to be cancelled, with a 14 day delivery notice and a link to a tracking number that just seems to be the same details but never leaving the origin country. Lost money on this one

Everything about the ordering and receiving process was seamless and well communicated. We got exactly what we wanted and my little boy was delighted.

I ordered Spideys friend Green Goblin, toy, exactly what my grandson wanted. Received earlier than expected and in good condition.
