Their website is garbage. I ordered a scaffold ... it never went thru , but left a pending debit on my bank account a few days. If you buy something ... just go to the store. The site jumps alot also.

Made an order and which had a specific date for delivery to a local store. Went to pick up a day after delivery date, local store had no idea where the order was or when it might be there. First they could not find the order under my name or with the SKU number. I had to go get the actual order number for them to look up....They still could not find out when it would arrive - and I have a job waiting on the product. I cancelled the order and then tried to call customer service to get a refund to my credit card. Horrible trying to get to a human being to explain - far too many prompts...Tried to send an email on their link - does not allow it under Contact choices...TERRRIBLE Customer service level - I will never order from them again....Going to Home Depot where I can rely on service.

i had an order for dog treats supposed to be delivered every 2 weeks.i got billed every 2 weeks but didnt recieve the treats at least 8 times over a years time.there web sight wouldnt acknowlege my account no matter what i tried. i called cust service several times and no answer for 20- 40 minutes and finally gave up so i pressed one for call back which never happened.finally got ahold of some one in cust service and they couldnt find anything even though i read them ther own email reciept with all the po and phone numbers they would have needed to verify the transaction.this company is terrible i will never do bussiness with them again and neither should you.they ripped me off for over 150.00 and would not make it right.

Disappointing. As TS acquired their pet vet biz, I called re my dog & they said they could help. After 2 hour wait, they refused her. S’visor Sabrina yelled at me, covered her name tag& as I left, continued with rude comments, questioning if I could read. Store Mgr Dan no help. Tried to call but phone lines dysfunctional. Done with TS!

Purchased three goslings and asked for a copy of the health certificate or even just the hatchery of origin as they were going out of NH. Was told by a Somersworth employee they did not have that information and had no way of knowing where the birds came from. Additionally, I was told I did not need that paperwork. This is illegal. All bird shipments must have this information. Breed of bird wasn't even listed on the receipt. Called the department of Agriculture and ended up having to have my entire flock tested and it cost me $165.00. Department of Agriculture stated they will follow up with the store to ensure they are following state laws and can produce the paperwork, but they had no record of that store even receiving birds during that month. This purchase was on par with buying animals out of a cardboard box in a parking lot. Buyer beware.

First and last shipping experience.
Worst return process I've ever encountered.
Ordered a dog crate. Could not canceled it online even the same day, canceled it a day later, when I would be shipped late. Spent an hour waiting on the phone for customer service. Who said I could ship it back for free.
I bought one from Amazon because I needed something quick for foster kittens and that arrived the next day. Called tractor supply customer service, another hour waiting , Was told that they offer free shipping to return theirs. Was told wrong. Drove an hour to a tractor supply store to return item and they couldn't find it in the system. The sales person who waited on me was amazing. It was sad he has to spend that waited in me spent two hours on the phone trying to get hold of their customer service to return the item. Sadder that he couldn't because their software had a glitch that showed I had not received the item yet and had to wait to return it. . I left the item there and got a refund 4 days later. the longest hold times over ever encountered for anything. Ever. At all. My very first and definitely last time buying anything from tractor supply.

Do not shop at the Painted Post NY location. They can get you FALSELY ARRESTED. And corporate will not help!!!

I am leaving this review because of a serious experience I had with this location involving a retail return and the subsequent handling of the matter.
I completed a return through the store's normal return process. The item and original receipt were reviewed, and the part/SKU information was matched before the refund was issued. I later obtained recorded communications from the store indicating that there was no problem with my return and that it had been verified.
Despite this, I was subsequently arrested in connection with the transaction. The criminal matter was ultimately dismissed and sealed.
I have documentation, recorded communications, and other evidence concerning what occurred. During the later claim process, I was also told by a representative that my arrest was a mistake. I provided documentation supporting that statement, and it was not disputed by the claims representative.
I have attempted to obtain written documentation explaining the circumstances because I am required to disclose the arrest in future employment and federal background investigations. I was also offered an $8,000 resolution involving confidentiality provisions, which I could not accept because I cannot agree to restrictions that interfere with required employment disclosures.
I am posting this review so other customers can be aware of my experience. I am not asking anyone to take my word for it; I have documentation supporting the events described and can provide it if necessary.
I would encourage Tractor Supply to review what occurred at this location and provide a written explanation of how this situation was handled.

The tractor supply in titusville pa is horrible. They employees that fill the propane are dangerous. Highly doubt any of them are certified to fill propane. Overfilled my tank. Got home and hooked it up. The temperature rose with caused the pressure relief valve to open up leaking propane for more than an hour. Could have burnt my house down. The manager is a crook and not customer friendly

I mare 2 purchases online fir store pickup. The first I was looking to buy a 20" bar for a chainsaw i just purchases here, I added the wrong one to my cart and ordered. After j got the email that it was ready I seen it was a 24 inch bar, which is what came.in the saw I just bought so I called the store and cancelled. I rhem ordered the 20 inch bar thst was suppose to be in 3 days later. 7 days later and 3 days after I bpighy the one i needed at a different tractor supply I got an email it qas ready for pick up. Again. Already got the one I need now so I called the store to cancel the order. The 24" bar charge was $72.49, the 20 was $64.99. Its going on 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive either refund.all total i bought a $650 chainsaw a 325 weedeaterthe 20" bar and 2 chainsaw were another 140. I spent slot of mo ey at tractor supply snd to not get these 2 refunds, unless something changes it's the last dime ill spend here. Its rediculous

I buy a pine bedding product. 40pounds for $7.99. I use it for cat litter. Guilt-free use and I can empty it on the margins of my yard. The employees in Rockland, Maine greet you when you come into the store in a sincere way. Then a guy asked me if I needed the bags loaded into my car. Very helpful store. No thrills. Just good people.

Very discriminatory and prejudiced. Very liberal company that hates working class Americans.

Applied for a credit card this past spring to get the $50 gift card and when I went in there to purchase my items the dollar gift card had expired the gentleman at the cash register still gave me the $50 off and he was very informative on some of the things that I purchased I will definitely be going back there the gentleman I think his name is Justin was very polite pleasant I will definitely be going back

Tractor supply is turned into a bigoted treasonous corporation A young entrepreneur selling hot dogs is being refused of selling hot dogs at any of their facilities and he fed their employees every time he set up for free only because he Openly supports Donald Trump Who the hell is Tractor Supply to To tell someone who they can support or not support This is a free country we have the right to decide what we want I spend thousands of dollars a year with Tractor Supply Never again I am done

Tractor supply doesn't support our President

I would leave zero stars if I could. Yesterday I placed an online order. As soon as I placed the order I realized I had ordered the wrong size tire for my tractor. I immediate picked up the phone and called the customer support line - which was still open for another 6 hours. I was on hold for 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. While on hold I filled out their customer comment form requesting they cancel the order. After hitting send on the form the notice pops up that it can take up to 48 hours for a response. Still on hold, I then opted to "not lose my place in the queue and get a call back as soon as a team member became available." That callback never came. This morning I called as soon as their support line opened. I was told that the order could not be cancelled because they only have a "59 minute window to cancel an order once it's placed". Well, I was on the phone holding for 40 of those 59 minutes and then Tractor Supply didn't bother to actually call me back - and again, it was 6 hours until close of business when I called, roughly 5 hours by the time I hung up and started waiting for the call back. So now my option is to HOPE they can cancel the order once it gets to shipping - but if not, then I can call them once it arrives and request return shipping labels.

Nothing like having processes in place that make your customer service representatives jobs that much more difficult. NOT IMPRESSED with Tractor Supply online shopping. WILL NOT be ordering online again.

I love Tractor Supply. Fun place to shop. Great for household and pets, even clothes.

HOWEVER, they have poor internal controls over customer data. I get so many hoax emails purporting to be from them that I don’t know if I can shop there any longer. I suppose I can pay cash but I would be buying a lot less.

I have visited the Opelousas tractor supply and Eunice tractor supply stores in Louisiana today. Neither store had working air conditioning. It’s hot as hell in both stores and corporate has been giving them the run around to repair it. It’s not safe for the employees or customers. Animals and prisoners are both treated better. In fact I will be turning your corporate office in for animal abuse because the baby chicks are in heated tubs so how hot you think that is. I will no longer be spending money at any tractor supply because of this . I hope the employees sue the hell out of you. No sense in this.

This review is specific to the TS Pharmacy. What a cluster. Ordered Simparica Trio via online. That same day got a message they could not reach my vet. Ok, no problem. I mailed them the original RX from the vet. Get another email saying the RX was a copy. No it wasn't. I even wrote on the RX that it that they printed on a printer that obviously was losing ink. Anyway, I called my vet. They emailed the RX to them and CC'd me at my request to make sure I knew it was sent. 10 days go by and I'm still calling them and they say yes we got it but it take time to fill. So today I get another email saying they are still waiting for the RX. I called and they said the signature on the emailed RX was not sufficiently clear. WTF! You couldn't tell me that when you received it 10 days ago? So I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere. Good Lord, narcotics are easier to get than tick and flea meds.

I went to the Elgin Texas store today (I have bought thousands of $ worth of stuff there). I waited 15 minutes to buy 15 bags of salt and 10 minutes for them to open the gate to get to the salt. The Manager loaded only ten because they didn't have 15. When we went back inside to refund me for 5 bags, he said they required a phone number. I don't give out my phone number because of all the scam calls. They said that they would not refund the 5 bags (that they didn't have that I just bought!!!). I said I'm going to call the police and the MANAGER said he was going to TRESPASS me if I did that. Such poor customer service. I just left. No more trips to Tractor Supply for me.
