Last year i have paid 1 x 25 kg of carob powder for 45 this year the same bag i have paid 78 almost double its too expansive,

Nicely packed products that smell so fresh when you open them.

I have found most ingredients that I want on JustIngredients and normally available in a variety of sizes which is helpful. Dispatch is normally within a few days.
I had a couple of instances in 2018 where some ingredients were unavailable for a few weeks which had an impact on our business but apart from these isolated occurrences the service has been excellent and goods are always of good quality.

UPDATE: I contacted them as they requested below, they were no help. They basically told me the quality is good and conforms to blah blah blah.

They wanted to know the batch number, even though the content of each bag was signifigantly different in appearance they all had the same batch number, reallt feels like they were just blagging me.

My advice is to avoid at all costs, I certainly won't be back.

Quality of the herb has gone way down hill. It’s full of seeds and takes more than double the herb to make the same infusion as previous batches.

I’m now frantically looking for an alternative supplier. This drop in quality has affected my business. Lots of unhappy customers complaining to me and I just have to refund everyone as I don’t have any alternative product at the moment.

Not happy at all.

feel free to contact me by email, but I won’t be repeating myself, I’ve already explained the problem above.

it’s not about the money it’s more about the inconvenience which is still ongoing, something I don’t think you can help me resolve, unless of course you chose to send me lower grade product and have better quality in stock.

If you had decent quality control then I never would have received this lower grade product to begin with.

Excellent. Fast delivery, good range of products (though they can’t stock everything, unfortunately!). I use them reasonably often. Good prices, good products. What’s not to love.
