I would NOT recommend Tradeguider VSA
I would NOT recommend Tradeguider.com's VSA trading products.
I paid a significant amount of money ($1600) for Tradeguider's flagship product, Smart Center Pro (SCP), and I was not overly concerned about the lack of product updates even after 3 years, since the product itself performed OK on the Ninjatrader 8 platform, even after multiple new NT8 platform releases. However, there are two (2) major concerns that I will warn prospective customers about.
1. Their tech guy seems to no longer be there, and as such there is no knowledgeable technical support whatsoever. Even worse, when a support ticket is submitted, you may not get any response at all, no matter how long you wait, or how many times you resubmit the ticket.
2. Tradeguider's products require your license to be authenticated at startup by connecting in the background to the Tradeguider.com website. There have been multiple issues where the website is unavailable, which completely prevents their product from working.
When this is combined with a complete lack of responsiveness from their support person (no team apparently), you can go several days with a very expensive product that is completely unusable until someone at Tradeguider nonchalantly decides to address the website access problem. And even after addressing the problem, no customer notifications are sent out, and even your support ticket submitted specifically for this issue may still receive no response.
Clearly this is way beyond unacceptable! DO NOT trust this company, because their actions prove that they couldn't care less about you once they've got your money.
