It's clear that I fell for the scam, after sending the Xbox Series X on a Tuesday, by the Saturday the order had dissapered from the account and of course there was no contact.

Just got my payment. Thank you.

I would not trust this company as far as I could throw them. I sold my iPad Pro with Magic Keypad to them, I stated the iPad was in good condition and the keyboard in poor condition. Over a week after sending the item I hadn't received payment so I chased them.Turns out the company is actually a number of companies trading as Tech Market, Sell Tech, Fone Store to name but a few. I contacted the guy and he told the the case was in poor condition so he could't give me any money for it and then told me he could only offer me £200 for the iPad and sent some pictures showing the most microscopic of marks and still would have easily met the criteria for the original price. I said I wanted my equipment returned so they sent a link for me to pay for postage. Update I now have it back but there is a label on it that they have put on so they clearly try to offer you less and had already labelled the product expecting me to capitulate. The owner also asked me to contact him so I did and he said that he was going to put negative reviews about my company on Trustpilot, take from that what you will about this person.ate - says Fake Review, this is a fully verified review and approved by Trustpilot when he tried to say it was unlawful!! He also used my name, address and birthdate to find out where I worked and posted a spite revenge review on my company website - what a guy! Make your own mind up if you want to deal with this person but I would urge you to look at the load of 1 star reviews and the warning signs they flag

I asked them to cancel order before they even received my item , I called twice, they had plenty of time to do it …..but they couldn’t be bothered and didn’t cancel. Never use them again

What a great service sent my iPad 1130 Thursday morning by 7 o’clock Friday night received money very quick fair price. Nice one thank you

First time I've used these. Have the best price for my Pixel 2 watch and payment was received same day as they received the watch.

Happy to report that I recommend using Trade In. I Sent in my item, few days later, full amount agreed was in my bank account. Could not have gone any smoother.

Trustworthy and excellent service. Paid full offer price within 2 days of receiving item.

Excellent fast service. This is my third time I used trade in to sell my old devices. Good price. I recommend.

I was able to post out an iMac, MacBook and iPhone easily, quickly and at no cost to myself. They were clear with instructions and responded quickly to emails.
I got paid fast, and the whole process was just fantastic. 10/10 would use again.

Excellent service! Very pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency of this. Traded in a few things and had texts and emails asking things where needed and got paid immediately via back transfer in a few days. Very happy and would use again and recommend.

I traded in my old iPad Pro. I'm really impressed by the quick and efficient trade in! The quote I was given was the exact amount I received once I had sent my iPad to them. The instructions were very clear, I opted for the Royal Mail pick up from my home and they brought the label with them. I could track exactly where my item was via the Royal Mail website and received the full quoted price the next day into my PayPal account. I would highly recommend using Tradein.co.uk.

Hi if your reading this I fully recommend this company , the best price you will get for trading in old tech , the process was so easy and it did not cost me a penny to post items , from packing to receiving payment it was around 5 days . Has to be the no1 tech trade in company on the net . Thanks Tradein ,

The best trade-in company I ever sell my devices. Always efficient and payment are usually made on the same day.

Really easy and swift process. Money in my account within 3 days of sending phone to them. Would recommend.

It’s easy and simple, just send the device by the label provided and get the money within 4days.

Really quick and easy process, I would definitely sell to these again, they offered a better price than anywhere else thank you.
