Great service and you paid the full amount that you offered. Only problem is the timing, it takes a week before the headset was examined and to get paid. Otherwise everything else was good.

TradeInForCash were the most competitive for a bundle of 6 PS4 games I wanted to sell after selling the console. They offered an average price for most of the games but were a few pounds higher for a couple making it worth using them.

I used the provided QR code at my local post office without any issue. Tracking showed it was delivered a couple of days later.

Unfortunately the processing times are a little lengthy - they quote 4-7 business days and it took 5/6 for mine. However, there was zero quibble on the condition/price I was quoted and I was paid the next day.

Great if you are not in a rush for the cash, only knocked a star off as it could have been a little quicker. Still recommended!

This company have delivered exactly what they have promised. I’ve used trade in companies before and usually once they receive your item they knock your offer price down by half. Not this company. The process was fast and I got what they offered online. Very pleased and will use again

Their website advertised a sell-it offer price which I set about on taking up. I proceeded with the sale and completed my order-to-sell to which I was sent a confirmation email stating, "We will honour your price quotes for 10 calendar days from the time of the order". I parcelled my item but was then later contacted to be told that my order had been cancelled by them and instead their offer price was significantly less than what was previously advertised and offered.

TradeInForCash did not honour my price quote at all. Their word of honour stands for nothing, so I found out.

Furthermore, their "free of charge" shipping service is misleading and inaccurate. The cheapest shipping option available in order to send my item was £1.15 and yet I was offered £0.90 postage credit to cover the shipping costs. Not exactly free.

Based on my experience, TradeInForCash proved to be an unprofessional, unreliable and undependable trade-in website that is untrue to its word and was disappointingly a waste of time.

Used them 3 times now and had no problems. Just bear in mind the return fee if you want something back if they don’t accept it.
